After Babloo of Delhi and Mahavir of Rohtak it's the 3rd such horrible incident we cane across where a husband's genital gt chopped by his wife।Doctors treating him told us that he is left with only ABT 1inch portion of his penis. Police is still searching the chopped off portion
We were in constant touch with family of Sunil and Police to ensure Justice for him.Police arrested his wife and searching fr her paramour. Investigating officer told us that she probably gave him injection to sedidate before cutting his penis. What a shame !

Gem1: 2009 batch Assam-Meghalaya cadre IAS officer Varnali Deka then posted as Deputy Commissioner of Kokrajhar district in Assam lodged a Cyber Stalking case under IPC 354A and 354D against one Amit Chakraborty of Dhekiaji for posting a smiley emoji on a comment of another user under the facebook post of the Lady Officer.
Amit has to travel for 273 kms to just get a bail in the case. Facebook user Naresh Barua commented on a photograph of Varnali Deka in April 2023 writing, “No makeup today, ma’am?” Amit Chakraborty responded to this comment with a smiley emoji. Ms. Deka responded to Naresh Barua’s comment, saying, “Why is that your problem?” Later she filed a criminal case against three people including Amit and Naresh.Image

In January 2023, IAS Varnali Deka allegedly slapped and threw food at the face of 50 years old peon Deepak Das working in her office for not bringing her lunch box in a carry bag. The slap was so brutal that Deepak had to be admitted in the hospital.
After the incident, Deepak Das’s daughter Sunita Das filed a complaint at Kokrajhar police station against the Deputy Commissioner. But IAS Varnali Deka rubbished the accusation and asserted that, she had only asked Das to do some sort of office related work and that the accusation is false. Later she went to visit Deepak in the Hospital after which the police complaint was withdrawn.Image

In Nov 2024, a Local court of Nalbari in Assam ordered to register an FIR against the District Commissioner of Nalbari IAS Varnali Deka on a complain of harassment by her subordinate Assam Civil Service Female Officer Arpana Sharma, posted as Circle Officer of West Nalbari.
Aparna lodged a Police complain against IAS Varnali for harassment and threat during the Lok Sabha Polls in May 2024. Aparna approached the court after the Police did not lodge an FIR against the DM on her complaint. This time too IAS Varnali denied the allegation of harassment and claimed that she suspended CO Aparna for negligence of duty during election time.Image

An NRI Father was having family court order to take his Autistic daughter at 2.30 pm and drop her back at 8 pm at the gate of the IITL Nimbus - Express Parkview, Greater Noida where his estranged wife lives. On Tuesday evening Girl slept and because of that the Father came little late to drop the child and this happened after that.
Watch the video and tell who is at fault because as per @noidapolice if there is a scuffle between a Man and a Woman its always the fault of the Man. Working on this theory they arrested the Father and no action was taken against the attacker woman or the guards.
Concerned Father informed the Mother well in advance that he will be late because the child is sleeping. But arrogant wife went to the Police and Police threatened the Father that they will lodge a case of Kidnapping. Panicked Father lifted the sleeping child in his lap and rushed to return the child.Image
The court order clearly stated that there must not be any argument, fight or scuffle in front of the child. But then who cares. Law, Police and Courts are there to punish only the MEN and WOMEN are mostly immune from any penal action. @noidapolice arrested the Father saying that you are a Man and we have to arrest you.Image

Police stopped them during routine check but instead of stopping they hit the Fortuner and i20 cars of the Police and ran away. After that Policemen chased them and fired on their Thar and arrested the Bootlegger and Head Constable Neeta Chaudhary who was in an inebriated state.

Police alleged that Neeta Chaudhary and the Bootlegger tried to crush 6 Policemen under their car and booked them under IPC 307 in addition to the Prohibition Act. Neeta Chaudhary lives a glamorous and luxurious life. She loves Cars, Bikes, Helicopters, Boats and even Horses.
