2. Don't use Ciprofloxacin (& other - floxacin) if you're an Epileptic person because they can cause confusion and general seizures and can exacerbate the risk of SEIZURES in epilepsy.
3. Ciprofloxacin is contraindicated in paediatrics because it can make them to be prone to developed arthropathy, causing cartilage/joint damage after use.
4. Don't take ciprofloxacin with milk. They slow down the absorption of ciprofloxacin from entering the body from the stomach.
Hence Leave a gap of at least 2-3 hours between taking ciprofloxacin.
4b. Taking Cipro with alcohol will not make the antibiotic less effective, but the combination might increase the risk of certain side effects or make side effects worse such as confusion & muscle weakness.
5. Taking ciprofloxacin when you have joint issues increases the risk that you will develop tendinitis (swelling of your tendons) or have a tendon rupture.
If you have any of these, kindly inform your health care provider, to get a better alternative. 😎🙌

So the biggest scam of the century is woke adults believing that "TOO MUCH SUGAR in the body can be FLUSHED by a BITTER SUBSTANCE" or that waist pain is a symptom of too much sugar

If you have excess sugar in ur body, u have (Pre)diabetes & taking Agbo, jedi jedi cannot help u.
So here's the gist:

Your body breaks down what you eat into what it can use: Glucose.

This glucose enters your blood stream after digestion & is being used by the cells.

Stored in the liver as glycogen, even muscle & is released on demand for use in the body when it needs it.
Now, if what you take is more than what your body needs, the body stores the excess by converting it into long term storage so that there's no waste.
This form is known as fat.

When your body needs it again and is broke, it can borrow this fat and make energy.

Whether you need to take a drug at a specific time of day depends on the drug & the condition you are treating. For some drugs, it doesn’t matter what time you take it.

1/cont.
And for others, the pharmacist may recommend you take it at the same time each day.

Studies have shown that, around 40% of all medicines, the time of day you take it does matter.

So, how do you know if the timing of your medication is critical?
When Timing doesn’t matter:

In most cases, it’s not important when you take your drug. For instance, you can take non-drowsy antihistamines (such as Benadryl) for allergic conjunctivitis, or analgesics for pain when u need them. It doesn’t matter if it is morning, noon or night.

I don't use Antacids as part of my therapy in managing Patients with Peptic Ulcer Disease.
I prefer, Bismuth subsalicylate (Pepto Bismol).

WHY?
Antacids raises↑ gastric pH which favors H pylori survival while Pepto Bismol forms a protective coating in the intestinal mucosa.
1/2
Bismuth subsalicylate blocks the adhesion of Helicobacter pylori to the gastric epithelial cells & blocks the bacteria's enzyme activities which includes production of urease
