Hearing about the work on heritage at risk in Somerset West & Taunton. Interesting to hear that the Wellington Monument, removed from the at risk list last year, is the world’s largest 3 sided obelisk. @SAVEBrit

Great points being made here about the truly catastrophic carbon impact of the demolition rather than repair of industrial & other buildings at risk. Reuse is the way forward for the environment as well as heritage. @SAVEBrit
