Need to improve your customer service but don't have the resources?

Try these 8 things:
1. Create thorough product descriptions.

Inquiries will decrease when customers have a clear picture of your product's benefits and features.
2. Offer live chat.

73% of consumers find live chat the most satisfying way to communicate with a business.
3. Use chatbots.

Systems like @Intercom and @Drift can answer simple questions and direct customers to the correct department with little effort.
4. Post extensive FAQs.

The more time you invest in filling out and updating your FAQ section, the more time your support team will have to answer new questions.
5. Create a knowledge base.

Using a platform like @Zendesk, which enables customer service agents to answer queries more skillfully, can create a better overall customer experience.
6. Use help desk ticketing software.

Make sure valuable customer questions don’t slip through the cracks by tracking each one from start to finish.
7. Offer customer service over social media.

Give your customers an additional space to contact you or a team member if needed.
8. Make billing and payment history available.

The more self-serve options you can provide for your customers, the better.
Remember:

You can vastly improve your customer service with a few small changes.

Please share this if it helped you out.

Want to know what it takes to increase your multiple?

Do these 5 things:
