A candidate in #NY10 proudly announces that he would NAVALNY Trump.
Hey @danielsgoldman. Contesting an election's authenticity by administrative/judicial means does not mean "overturning an election." It means assuring the election's rightful outcome.

If there are no such tools, the election can't even get overturned.

The pinned tweet on @danielsgoldman's account is a proposal to indict political opposition leader Trump. This is what Goldman thinks #NY10 needs now in Congress.

Goldman was the lead Dem counsel during the first impeachment trial of Trump; accused of "abuse of power" for wanting Ukraine to cooperate with the US in a potential criminal investigation of Biden.

Yet Goldman's pinned tweet offers to criminalize a political opponent.

The people who told you last week, literally last week after Biden fell off the bike, that Trump can't ride a bike, are telling you now he easily jumped from the back of the beast all the way to the front to attack the driver.

It took 18 months for the committee to arrive to the "emergency" accusations aired today by Hutchinson, accusations that multiple witnessed would know and given over all these months.

But... It was settled in one weekend that the 2020 elections had no massive fraud.

Rest of Fed gov would continue to exist/function even if 1/6ers delayed the Electors vote for days, so the term "overthrow the government" is an absurd hyped up term of events.

POTUS Trump being rushed to a bunker May '20 due to violence was closer to an "overthrow" than 1/6.
For 18 months, the country has been propagandized into a hyped up version of what the event was, so like this crushing selfie-stick trespassers with the full weight of the Feds becomes acceptable even for Republicans. (Not talking about the few dozen who popped off that day.)
A few dozen people pushed back against a brutal crackdown; broke doors/windows and threw papers. Bad indeed but no arson/graffiti. Multiple protesters encountered Cops without any violence, but we are conditioned to think that the crowd was primed for cold blooded murder. 🤡

@ElectionWiz Did the Feds seize phones/bust doors from all those who pushed a fake dossier and false stories about Russians banks that which helped drive a fake federal investigation? No, because the Feds were willing accomplices in that corrupt scheme to take a political opponent out.
@ElectionWiz The Fake Electors were a PR stunt to get a point across with no consequential impact on the federal government. The Russia Hoax however did help fuel many months of federal government action in 2016. Yet how many were later harassed by the Feds for it?

2022: Abusive arrests of political opponents over clown charges from a partisan committee.
@disclosetv @julie_kelly2 A DOJ that 1) has time to prosecute political opponents 2) as a result of a partisan committee 3) that chases opponents for a legally-organized protest where a few dozen popped off, and 4) arrests those opponents like mobsters, is corrupt, abusive and not serious about crime.

1/ As always, Ill be tweeting to the four walls, but here is a review of the 52 page report filed in 2020 by a US Attorney regarding unmasking requests by Obama/Biden officials involving Flynn and Trump transition officials. The document was released due to a FOIA by Buzzfeed.
2/ For starters, this was a review by US Attorney John Bash without door-busting Special Counsel powers to throw around subpoenas or to prosecute unrelated people for unrelated rarely-prosecuted offenses the way Mueller did to squeeze people. So his findings would be minimal.
3/ Joker William Barr asked Bash to investigate "motives" of Flynn's unmasking. Motive is hard to declare especially if there are no subpoenas for texts/emails to show what drove people in the Obama Admin to ask Flynn to be unmasked.
