The Democrat-run Congress won't approve the CHIPS act that would invigorate the U.S. semiconductor industry. As a result, TSMC isn't building its factory in Arizona, Samsung in Texas, and Intel has indefinitely frozen the construction of its Ohio plant.

Biden and Congress sooner approved $54+ billion in funding for Ukraine but it won't fund the US semiconductor industry that would have employed over 200,000 skilled workers in the United States. You couldn't make this up.

I don’t think Biden has a secret plan to fight inflation. It’s just going to get worse. Much worse.

The UAE and Saudi Arabia are already at peak production capacity and restarting America’s closed operations would take years and would go against the green energy transition.
Lifting sanctions on Russia and importing Russian oil would work but they aren’t going to go for it.
I predict the Fed will print more bills to give it away to Americans (and to Ukraine of course) to try and get out of this mess. It will only make everything worse.
