As you might already know, your phone can read your heart rate.
To do that, your phone uses its rear camera to estimate beats per minute based on the color changes in your fingertip, which indicate the pumping of blood through the capillaries. 🤯

Install the Google Fit App.
To scan your heart rate;
🔸Open the Browse tab (the icon looks like a bulleted list)
🔸Tap Vitals > Get started, on the Check your heart rate card.
🔸Follow the on-screen instructions to readjust your finger on the lens or apply more or less pressure.
On the screen, you’ll see a progress circle telling you how much data the app has gathered.
When it reaches 100 percent, you’ll get your reading, which you’ll be able to save by tapping 'Save measurement'.

You’ve probably noticed your battery doesn’t seem to last as long as it did when your handset was brand new. This is because battery capacity inevitably declines with age.
Even so, charging properly can prolong the life of your phone's battery.
Here are some proven tips. 1/n
1⃣Avoid full cycle (0-100%) and overnight charging.
Instead, top up your phone more regularly with partial charges.
2⃣Ending a charge at 80-90% is better for the battery than topping up to completely full.

3⃣Use fast charging technologies sparingly when your device is cool.
💡Heat is the battery killer. Don’t cover your phone when charging, and keep it out of hot places.
