The conversion of New Haven main road from a single carriage road to a dual carriage road, knowing the fast increasing population growth in Enugu and the New Haven road users was imminent.

Judging by the traffic that was already existing as at then, 1/3

the impact of the dual carriage road drastically controlled traffic congestions which would have contributed to increased carbon emissions, heat, slow movement and public nuisance. 2/3

The idea and mindset of implementing a lasting solution to problems and issues facing Enugu State, South-East and Nigeria at large, is the true embodiment of the ebeano legacy.
