curious to see whether interest in a celebrity trial will be impacted by a lack of livestream. Will people be more interested in reading stories because that's the only way to access information? Or, less because it doesn't feel as participatory as a TV trial might?

also, will the presence of players' active social media accounts(and official ones affiliated with them) impact things? you have a non-televised case where the accused ARE on social, have long been the subject of #s unofficial fan podcasts, etc. ANYWAY, unless someone...

Conducts a study, this line of inquiry is just kind of interesting to me but nobody should make a definitive causal claim about media, viewership, etc., based on two celeb trials, imho. However, I am bracing for the think pieces that will inevitably examine a Real Housewives...
