If we believe that appointments are being delayed in the Judiciary, that means the current system is not working.

it stands to reason, if the Judiciary is not able to cure the ills of its own system, it needs outside help.
But, the judiciary even refused to acknowledge that their is a problem.

For all those damning the govt on #Judicialaccountability, do remember that the current Govt did a constitutional amendment and brought in a #NJAC, which was negated by the SC....
