⚔️ Yesterday, multiple US gov’t agencies came together to deliver a document addressing the benefits and risks of digital assets.
It’s called the “Framework for International Engagement on Digital Assets,” and it includes many names $QNT has been linked to. 👀🔥
A thread 🧵👇🏼
🤝 The framework is a response to Biden’s Executive Order in March, which asked gov’t agencies to develop a strategy for harnessing digital asset technology.
In the very first paragraph of the new report, they immediately discuss the need to ensure “platform interoperability.”
✔️ The next section lists 6 objectives for the framework, 3 of which include the United States’ promotion and advancement of international digital asset standards.
🔥 @Quant_Network might know a little something about these 🙂
We’ll discuss that in a moment.
🌐 The rest of the document discusses who the United States plans to engage with in the development of these standards.
📝 They outline their “Key International Engagements” — different industry groups who, in many cases, already have direct ties to $QNT.
⚔️ Group 1 – The Financial Stability Board (FSB)
📍 The report references a roadmap the FSB published in 2020 for cross-border payments infrastructure.
I wrote a thread on this exact paper, speculating $QNT involvement based on their API-driven approach to interoperability. ⬇️
Quant CEO @GVerdian has worked diligently to keep Overledger in compliance with all existing and forthcoming regulations, including the FATF’s framework for VASPs (see image).
☑️ Gilbert’s #FATF hashtag from 2019 says it all. ⬇️
💵 In addition to nearly every group listed in the report having ties to $QNT, let’s not forget Quant’s own direct link to the Fed’s Digital Dollar program through their affiliation (and CBDC whitepaper) with MIT.
🔥 This is the launch of "Overledger Tokenise" — a suite of smart contract templates designed to help developers create and deploy institutional grade QRC20 tokens with ease.
→ QRC20 tokens are *programmable digital money, interoperable across DLTs.*
📲 Quant enables users to create, approve, transfer, permission, and manage these tokens via an easy-to-use dashboard built into Overledger.
🌐 Aimed at institutional clients, Tokenise will be added to Overledger's API and can deploy tokens across Ethereum, Polygon, and XDC mainnets, as well as Bitcoin.
This process requires minimal technical effort or blockchain engineering knowledge.
⚔️🔥 $QNT partner @LACChain is the world’s first regional distributed ledger network (DLN), connecting over a dozen Latin American & Caribbean countries.
Yesterday, Quant published an article discussing Overledger’s role within LACChain, primarily focused on tokenization. 🧵👇🏼
Before talking tokens, note that LACChain’s Overledger gateway allows the ecosystem to immediately integrate itself into all other existing blockchain networks.
🌐 Quant’s technology opens new value channels in and out of Latin America’s premier DLT infrastructure.
Overledger APIs provide a range of functionalities for DLT payments and banking.
💻 Centered around programmable stablecoins, @LACChain participants leverage Quant for interbank and cross-border payments, consumer/business bank accounts, complex payment workflows, and more. 🔥⬇️
⚔️🔥 The BIS just published a 33-page paper called “The Future Monetary System.”
The paper mentions “interoperability” 19 times, and describes how APIs will be critical in facilitating network effects for digital assets. Sound familiar? 🙂 $QNT
🧵 Here are some key sections ⬇️
𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝
🔥 “Cross-chain bridges have emerged to permit users to transfer coins across blockchains. But, as the number of bridges has risen, bridges have been featured prominently in several high-profile hacks.”

𝐀𝐏𝐈 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬
🔥 “The future monetary system builds on the division of roles between the central bank and the private sector. On top of this come new standards such as APIs that enhance the interoperability of services and associated network effects.”
⚔️ @quant_network has just hired Lisa Lecea as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
🔥 Lisa spent 22 years at @Cisco, where she helped build a multibillion-dollar business, securing long-term relationships with Cisco’s most important customers.
Another excellent acquisition. 🧵⬇️
@Cisco builds end-to-end networking solutions that provide common architecture to connect people, computing devices, and computer networks.
💻 They’re one of the largest technology companies in the world, generating $50 billion revenue in 2021 with nearly 80,000 employees.
🤝🏼 @Cisco focuses on large enterprise partnerships, and Lisa ran their entire global portfolio. 🌎
Her value to Quant is not just in her sales leadership experience, but the executive relationships she’s built all across the tech industry.
⚔️ Instead of onboarding individual enterprises one-by-one, $QNT teams up with organizations who bring hundreds, thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of entities to the table in one fell swoop.
🧵 A thread 🔥👇🏼
🗄 Consulting firms like @KPMG advise hundreds of the biggest companies in the world on digital strategy and emerging technologies.
🤝🏼 A $QNT partner serving 80% of Forbes Global 1000, KPMG recommends Overledger to many businesses needing blockchain interoperability.
🔥 @NexiGroup uses $QNT to interoperate blockchains on their network, a use case that will continue growing over the next decade.
💳 Nexi is Europe’s #1 credit card processor, connecting over 1,000 financial institutions in 25+ countries and handling >21B transactions per year.
