I realise as he was out that @Tom_Randall didn't get to read the words other people gave me when I asked "what they were sick of" in June 2020, so I'll list them here + couple of additional from me just for 2022... /
"Inconsistencies. Being taken for fools. Greed. Bandwagons & soapboxes. Being blamed. Incompetence. Media & Ministers gaslighting us. No PPE for NHS & carers. Not being able to trust elected leaders (even if I didn't elect them myself). Narrowmindedness. Politicians. Sickness /
Money matters more than nature or people. Negativity. People dying unnecessarily. Feeling confused all the time. Double standards. No hugs or cuddles. Broken promises. Riots. Feeling ANGRY. Government hypocrisy. Social distancing. Loss. Deflection. Violence. Tory Brexit C*nts /
Inequality. Fear. Privilege. Public apathy. Being lied to. Having to argue. Cover ups. Poverty. Liars. Bullsh*t, bombast & swagger. Litter louts. Not being safe. Racsim.
Plus 3, no 4, from me for 2022...
#Partygate. Sex scandals. Wasted billions. Creeping fascism.
Oh, and one special extra from this week: squatters.

An interesting 24 hours with #weedkiller, starting with a panicked alert on FB about the county council @NottsCC spraying poisons on pathways and walkways. Lodged a complaint and received this response: (a thread) /1
"We receive many complaints about weeds on the highway and as such we could not consider ceasing to treat weeds at the present time, as there is no suitable alternative to treat all weeds across the county effectively." /2
Now, I'm not convinced about 2 of those assertions..
So I've asked to see that evidence (genuinely interested). And offered to help develop or take part in a survey to assess local levels of nature awareness, desire for pesticides over non-chemical options, support (or not) for 'avoid zones'. 3/
