Justice Dept says it has evidence an accused OathKeepers conspirator had "bomb making instructions", another had "death list" w/ names of Georgia election officials
And another figure had "transported explosives" to DC
And alleged plans to strike between 1/6 and Inauguration
Feds allege Stewart Rhodes fled on Jan 6: "divvying up thousands of dollars’ worth of firearms and related equipment across four vehicles, discarding his personal cell phone with another individual that departed .. later suggesting co-conspirators alter their physical appearance"
Prosecutors argue conspiracy was planning for post-Jan 6 violence: "On or about January 11, Rhodes told co-conspirators “Get ready to rock and roll, s**
about to go down” and that those who were fit enough to move, shoot, and communicate should
be organized and prepared to do so"
Prosecutors: "Rhodes continued to discuss saving the Republic and, to that effect, told his co-conspirators to organize local militias to oppose President Biden’s Administration and to be prepared to travel to
and open-carry firearms at their state capitals on Inauguration Day"
Meanwhile, Rhodes is offering to testify under oath before the House Jan 6 Cmte. But is demanding it happen live on national tv
We are 72 hours away from the Jan 6 Select Committee’s public hearing on the mobilization of the mob on Jan 6, including by far-right groups

Prosecutors to seek 6-months jail for David Blair in Jan 6 case, arguing Blair carried "lacrosse stick with a large Confederate battle flag attached to it. He was also wearing a backpack that contained a knife
with a serrated blade.. and a roll of duct tape"
In argument for lenience, Blair's defense alleges "brute force" by police...
Adding Blair was so "Provoked and lost in his emotions, he uttered a few expletives and pushed Officer Peralta with his flagpole, which he had made from a lacrosse stick."
His defense lawyer says Blair apologized to officers and said "one of the officers had taken a “swing” at him and “flipped the switch.”
His attorney tells @cbsnews - Stewart Rhodes will extend an offer to testify under oath before the House Jan 6 Select Committee.
But Rhodes will insist it be done live and televised.
(Rhodes has already been deposed by committee, earlier this year)
@CBSNews His defense attorney says Rhodes specifically wants to respond to what Rep Liz Cheney (R-WY) has been saying about the OathKeepers at prior Jan 6 Committee hearings
Not only is Rhodes going to demand the testimony be held LIVE and unedited.. his lawyer says Rhodes will insist it be carried on network TV.. "and not just C-SPAN"
STANDBY for sentencing in Jan 6 case of Navy vet Jeremy Grace
Feds to seek 2 months prison, accusing Grace of capitalizing on his arrest, "(he) helped his father sell t-shirts, baseball caps, water bottles, decals.. paraphernalia w/ phrases like “Our House" & images of Capitol
Grace's defense attorney is asking for leniency at sentencing.. acknowledging Grace was walking along with a member of the Proud Boys at one point on Jan 6.
Defense: "We know a lot more about the Proud Boys involvement (in Jan 6).. than we knew at the time. There are members of the Proud Boys who are not necessarily violent... there are many individuals who run for office as members of the Proud Boys"
At news conference; police say they were called to suspected Highland Park parade shooter’s home in 2019 after getting call. They say they found series of knives and sword
