🧵NYT: (to long to publish) so here it is.
#J6
The untold... When Mr. Trump issued his Dec. 18th tweet inviting supporters to Washington DC for an "it will be wild" event on Jan. 6th he did so with an as yet unaddressed level of malice. Mr. Trump and... nytimes.com/2022/07/10/opi…
...his seditious co-conspirators anticipated thousands of supporters. As expected Citizens traveled from across the Nation to gather for speaches and a final rally on the Ellipse. There is little doubt that most who traveled to Washington that fateful day knew...
...what what they were actually walking into. This in no way excuses any of the horrendously violent actions of the unwitting who allowed themselves to be incited to violence by Donald Trump. Nor does it excuse those who allowed themselves to be swept up by the rabid...
...bomb throwing rhetoric of militant operatives and insurgents strategically seeded throughout the horde.
The unaddressed malice of Donald Trump's "it will be wild" tweet concerns the thousands who arrived in DC without violent intent. What they did know is they...
...were there as a human smoke screen to provide cover for small carefully organized and militarized stacks of insurgents who were tasked with very specific operational objectives. The unwitting horde provided an opperational fog that tactically overwhelmed and...
...blinded the Capitol Police. Had the assault involved a lesser number of rioters the Capitol Police's forces would not have been pulled to the building's perimeters and they may have been able to recognize and focus on the insurgents and the protection of Lawmakers...
...and their staffs.
In thinking about the unwitting within the attacking horde what they did know is this. Mr. Trump, his co-conspirators and members of the Proud Boys, Three Percenters and Oath Keepers were prepared for horrifying levels violence and bloodshed.
These groups had prepositioned rapid reaction forces with caches of assault weapons and grenades. These standby forces were constrained by rules of engagement that called for them to only respond and enter the fray if the Capitol Police responded to the mob with...
...deadly force or Mr. Trump called for martial law or the Insurrection Act. Had any one of those occured and a fire fight ensued the unwitting thousands would have become human shields to be ruthlessly sacrificed for the sake of a disgraceful lie.
For the coup plotters this outcome may have been a "worse case" among several anticipated outcomes. Even so it shows how far they and Donald Trump were willingly to go.
This also reveals the TRUTH of Donald Trump's nearly unfathomable depth of depravity.
Lastly! No person should expect that the insurgents who participated in the assault on the U.S. Capitol on January 6 nor those who are members of far right militias throughout the nation are happy with the day's final outcome. In fact many believe Donald Trump betrayed them...
...when he failed to escalate to achieve what they believed was a final goal.
Many thousands remain armed and ready. "Standing back and standing by" they await opportunity to exercise whatever violence is necessary to assert control over the free Citizens of the United States.
Correction:

"What they did NOT know is they..."
Correction:
"In thinking about the unwitting within the attacking horde what they did *NOT* know is this. Mr. Trump..."

@tribelaw @JoeNBC Two points:
1. When DJT took the Oath of Office on Jan. 20, 2017 he established a Sacred Covenant with the American People to protect and defend the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. It is that Sacred Covenant which gives a President the right to govern.
@tribelaw @JoeNBC It's NOT the Election nor the Electoral College that gives a President their power.
There's NO PRESIDENT until the Oath is both administered and accepted.
The People speak through Elections and the Electoral College to tell the ELECTED they're willing to enter into an agreement.
@tribelaw @JoeNBC The ELECTED take this Oath to demonstrate their willingness to enter into this Sacred Covenant. The ELECTED can not hold nor weild the inherent powers of the Presidency unless they have willingly and forthrightly proclaimed their commitment to serve and defend the Constitution.

The KKK was founded Dec 24, 1865 in Pulaski TN.
The founding members were Confederate vetrans committed to continuing the fight against the Federal government. They formed a secret Militia to oppose reconstruction & thwart the Constitutional Rights granted to non White citizens.
This secret White Supremacist militia killed approximately 2000 FREE Black American Citizens from 1865 to 1876 and another 4500 Black American Citizens were murdered by 1950.
These White Supremacist murders, killings, lynchings continue today!
The KKK is grounded in PURE HATE.
The KKK opposes Citizenship for non White Christians.
The KKK opposes racial equality and racial justice.
The KKK opposes the Constitution's Right to the free expression of one's religion.
Even the NAZI'S admired and studied the KKK to craft their own evil ideology.

I am a small business owner in the midwest.
I'm an architect and a general contractor.
In 2015 I was hiring inexperianced unskill people and starting them at $12.00 per hour.
Minimum wage was $7.25.
I trained these people at my own expense and taught them skills for a lifetime.
The reason I did this is because I believed everyone should be treated with DIGNITY and everyone deserves a LIVING WAGE.
The Republican Party has historically refused to increase the minimum wage. I find that to be immoral, insulting and degrading.
I refuse to be Republican!
