I worked in a Covid unit from March of 2020. I watched as our elected leaders at the time lied to the public about the severity of the disease, and then claimed the OTHER leaders failed you as refrigerated trucks filled with bodies. This #DoNotComply hashtag? That is RIDICULOUS
When a mandate comes, it is because recommendations fall on deaf ears. Have you ever seen a plane crash followed by another plane crash with similar circumstances? Seems preventable right? What changes? Recommendations become MANDATES and suddenly we are safer.

I have been asked why support for Donald Trump is so popular for so many individuals and the only possible explanation I can find is ignorance. When u are a Trump Supporter facts are an inconvenience and issues have only a black or white solution even if they are more complicated
Before the Trump Supporters existed, many people would not engage in political, economic or sociological conversation because they lacked enough knowledge to publicly voice their views. Donald Trump fixed all of that with the ABC, 123 method of argument:
Issues with Law Enforcement as it pertains to police corruption, discrimination and abuse of force? Easy: Do you love police or hate police? Are against Law and Order or do you "Back the blue?"

Gas prices are high because of profiteering from oil companies and obstructionist tactics from Republicans. The biggest proof of this is the inability of the GOP to propose any solution to the problem themselves. #fridaymorning
1) Fossil Fuels are not infinite. They come from remains of plants and animals that died MILLIONS of years ago. That is science. Since the belief of many Christians is that the Earth is only 5000 years old, makes sense they think fossil fuels just....appear!
2) The Keystone XL pipeline was never opened so stop saying closing it was the problem. BTW, Canada still sends tar sands oil by rail so...

Mayra Flores boggles my mind. She represents areas that should despise Trump but she rode his support to her position
1) Mexican descent: He called them rapists and murderers. He dropped the amount of allowable LEGAL immigrants, and instituted a weath test to prove u had money
2) Mayra is a woman and the GOP along with Trump have made it clear she has NO right to decide what happens with her body. Raped by a stranger? Dad? TOUGH! Pregnant? TOUGH! SMH
3) She says she loves God. Maybe THAT is why she felt she must be GOP? But...why can she not see they SAY Christian most and live Christian the LEAST?

I read about Brian Ulrich today. He is a member of the "Oath Keepers". He admits to seditious conspiracy, to having weapons at the Mayflower Hotel, and wanting to overturn the results of the election by force. He was crying. Why do I bring this up? Well here we go:
Without accountability for the ringleader and the members of Congress that fanned the flames, it simply looks like the Proud Boys, the Oath Keepers, blah blah blah all woke up January 6th and decided all at the same time to attack the capitol with coordinated precision.
They cry at trial. They take plea frals, the agree to cooperate. I truly believe their tears come from the realization they were manipulated. They will go down as criminals for an attempted coup as their leader attempts to run for President again!? Who are we if we allow this!?
