Thread🧵 Loyalist/Unionist bonfires expressing sectarian hatred of Irish culture. These are yearly repeated hate crimes!

1. Glenfield Carrickfergus. Hanging effigies of Naomi Long, Michelle O'Neill and Mary Lou McDonald. Palestine flag, Irish flag, Alliance poster.
2. Carnany Ballymoney.
Full of Irish flags, sinn Fein election posters, effigy of a celtic fan. The "kids" bonfire is also complete with Irish flag and encouraging a young child to light the sectarian bonfire...
3. Ballybeen Dundonald
4. Drumahoe Derry
5. Eastvale Dungannon. Burning gaelic football flags and again Irish flags.
6. Cregagh Belfast
Filled with election posters, "all tags are targets" which is a death threat to any and all Catholics. Disgusting misogynistic slur aimed at Michelle O'Neill.
7. Ballycraigy Antrim
8. Ballymacash Lisburn
9. Clooney estate Derry
10. Kilcooley.
Adult bonfire and "kids" bonfire complete with Irish flags.
11. Glencairn. Adult and "kids" bonfire. Also has KAT (kill all taigs)
12. Pitt Park
13. Fountain estate Derry
14. Harpurs Hill
15. Killicomaine Portadown
16. Highfield
17. Orangefield
18. Newtownards
19. Millbrook kids bonfire
20. Sandy Row Belfast
21. Not sure where these ones are from. This is not culture. That shouldn't need to be said but here we are doing the same dance every single year. Something needs to change!!
22. Folly/Barrack Hill, Armagh
23. Tobermore, Derry

The many many times Jamie Bryson was against bonfire regulations, putting lives at risk. Shocking.

I was having a nosey at bonfire "celebrations" lastnight on snap map. Heres a thread on what I found..
Let's start with Lisburn.
Burning the irish flag and some lovely lad shouting "Burn the Fenian bastards!!" #NorthernIreland
Seapatrick or drumcree. (Snap chat is a bit confusing with locations)
Burning the Irish flag, Palestine flag and others. #NorthernIreland Image
More in Portadown with flags and posters all over it. This isnt culture it is pure bigoted hatred.
