1. When DJT took the Oath of Office on Jan. 20, 2017 he established a Sacred Covenant with the American People to protect and defend the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. It is that Sacred Covenant which gives a President the right to govern.

There's NO PRESIDENT until the Oath is both administered and accepted.
The People speak through Elections and the Electoral College to tell the ELECTED they're willing to enter into an agreement.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC The ELECTED take this Oath to demonstrate their willingness to enter into this Sacred Covenant. The ELECTED can not hold nor weild the inherent powers of the Presidency unless they have willingly and forthrightly proclaimed their commitment to serve and defend the Constitution.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC DJT broke this Sacred Covenant with the People. At that very moment DJT was no longer the President! He held the Office of President as an impostor and a fraud. DJT rendered himself illegitimate!
In trashing his Oath, DJT rejected the American People!

He should be investigated, indicted and tried as such.

In committing these betrayals DJT rendered himself a "TRAITOR" of the People!
Subsequent to this DJT plotted an effort to seize power.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC DJT's effort to seize power actually began well before the 2020 Election. His efforts involved the participation of many persons both in government and not. He enlisted persons of prominence, elected officials and ordinary citizens. He recruited the trustworthy and untrustworthy.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC DJT built a team of individuals who were willing to help him investigate and then pursue every possible avenue to thwart or set aside a 2020 Election loss. DJT became a political "Medusa" a single monstrous head with many serpent tentacles searching for a pathway to a 2nd term.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC DJT relentless pushed his aids to pursue every avenue. Political norms and traditions be damned! Law and Constitution be damned! For DJT's easily bruised ego this pursuit was a matter of life and death. So... legal, quasi legal and clearly illegal were all pursued with vigor.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC As DJT watched the legal paths became few and quickly fell away. The quasi legal became narrow and required a complex combination of misrepresentation, outright fraud and the participation of many prominate people. The ideas were fraught with difficulty and DJT did not have time.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC In the earliest hours of Dec 19, 2020 DJT reverted to his oldest habits. He issued his now infamous "...it will be wild!" tweet.

Did DJT have a plan? No, absolutely not!
As in business DJT set off a bomb and set back to see what would unfold.

DJT's wannabe warriors heard him. Their anti-woke Nationalist leader saying, "LOCK-N-LOAD and come to DC on Jan. 06, 2021."

@tribelaw @JoeNBC DJT's "...it will be wild!" tweet created the chaos he sought and an accompanying explosion of excitement within the rank of his most vitriolic supporters.
DJT saw the unfolding frenzy and decided this was his last best chance to retain power.

@tribelaw @JoeNBC In desperation moment DJT willingly tossed "plausible deniability" aside and became a "Seditious Conspirator" a "Seditious Traitor"!
DJT made himself tichular head of an assembling army committed overthrowing the government.

DJT became a "TREASONOUS ENEMY" of the United States!

Virtually every Republican lawmaker and every MAGA supporters and every White Nationalist and all of the far right conspiracy nut-jobs and all of the FOX NEWS propagandists would be calling for the... FIRING SQUAD!

@tribelaw @JoeNBC If the #J6 assault had been plotted and perpetrated by anyone other than Donald J. Trump the DoJ and the US Marshalls would have him in 24 hour protective custody.

Every Republican Lawmaker and far-right nut job would be out to kill him.
