Putin clearly pursues racist goals in this war. It is not only elimination of Ukrainian nation. He also burns youth from non-ethnic-Russian regions of Russia (Bashkirs, Buryats, Dagestani, Kalmyks) and kidnaps ethnic Ukrainians who he believes he can russify and make to "aryans".
Putin is afraid of a very realistic Russia's breakup, which can happen only on ethnic reasons. Tatars, Bashkirs, Yakuts, Buryats will not tolerate RU supremacy anymore, or forgive ethnic oppression, robbery on their oil, gas, diamonds. To prevent it, Putin kills their youth.
And as a "compensation" for over-mortality during his reign (especially amid the covid pandemic) Putin kidnaps millions of Ukrainians from the East of Ukraine (many are Russian-speaking), spreads them through the country in order to russify them within one generation. Evil plans.
One can see the results of the same politics from the former decades and centuries (already the Czars deported Ukrainians to Russian-occupied Far East on Pacific coast). Amid Russian high-rank officers KIA in Ukraine - people with extra-Ukrainian surnames like Horobets or Koval.
These are clearly the kids of russified Ukrainians. Putin want to repeat this evil genocide once again: to kidnap people, to re-educate them and to force them to fight for their own torturers. Btw, if Putin continues his occupation of Ukrainian regions, he will do it there too.

I was one of the most fierce critics of German FM @ABaerbock - mostly because I saw a huge gap btw her actions in Jan-Apr 2022 and her promises. That is why it is important for me to say today: these her quotes are amazing, this is a quantum leap in quality. Thank you, Minister.
Regarding possible talks with Moscow: "About what should one talk with someone, who is not ready even to let ICRC to organise humanitarian corridors for civilian refugees?" "Putin's message is always the same: the attack goes on until Ukraine submits to his conditions".
Regarding appeals for a "cease fire": "I can't imagine how an adult person can simplify the world so much. For UKR this appeal would sound naiv, distorting, snobbish. What right does explicitly a GER FM have to decide for UKR, what land it gives away with millions of citizens?"

For the world, Russian war against Ukraine AND the reluctancy of many Western countries will have dramatic consequences:
1) Militarisation of many countries, including the Nato countries like Baltic ones, Poland etc. Nobody in Riga would believe, Berlin will fulfil Article 5. 1/x
1.1) In the world where one can be attacked by a stronger bully, and one gets no real support, but calls for "any compromise", one will arm to teeth.
2) Nukes. Dictatorial regimes will strive for nukes, as they see that they work. North Korea will remain nuclear forever. 2/x
2.1) Some democracies can start to look in the direction of having nukes too, but maybe to develop costly long-range missile systems. Anyway, a lot of money and resources will go not into development, but into war. Because (ironically!) the West tried "not to escalate". 3/x

German TV station @RTL_com asks Germans, if Ukraine should capitulate to Russia and give up its Ukrainian people to torture, rape and death. 47% say: "yes, it should". This is exactly the problem in German discussion. We are the nation which killed 16% of Ukrainian population 1/x
We, Germans, have signed a treaty with Moscow, under which treaty we have attacked "lesser countries" between our lands, cooperated in this war, celebrated our victory with a joint parade, and after started to kill a part of local population and to enslave the rest. 2/x
This was exactly the same attitude: to decide in Berlin (and Moscow) about which nation from the Central and Eastern Europe should be deprived of their rights to exist, to control own territory, to decide over its future, to live. Of course "for peace", for the Aryan peace. 3/x

A short thread on Lithuania, Kaliningrad and Russia. Russia attacks not when it is "provoked", but in an opposite case: when it feels stronger than the opponent, or (the best case for Russia) when it feels, the opponent is not willing to escalate. Any attempt to "deescalate".../1
...leads to immediate understanding in Kremlin, that their attack will be successful. Russia pushes so much and so deep, until it meets a resistance. After that, Russia stops and starts to "negotiate". Sometimes it even goes one or two steps back and calls it a "compromise".../2
...but effectively it always knows that it will continue to go further with next attacks as soon as the opponent will act weak. Don't mix the current situation with negotiations with the USSR in 1970s, when compromise was possible. The USSR was a declining power, looking for.../3

THREAD There are many proofs that modern Russia is a fascist state, from a view of political scientist. But let us look today at some visual details which can be found at least tasteless. Russia utilises a lot of Nazi propaganda images today. Look at this anti-Ukrainian poster /1
The modern Russian poster "Our brotherhood is stronger than (their) lie" is copies a Nazi poster from early 1930s, calling to vote for the National-Socialist Workers' Party. Instead of France and Jews, who are opposing the German worker, Ukrainian Jews are "threatening" Donbas /2
Is this usage of a Nazi image an exemption? One can clear see: the designer new what poster he uses, as a lot of details needed to be re-designed. Well, no coincidence here. Russia LOVES Nazi propaganda. Look at this pic of Russian Social Security web-page and a Nazi poster: /3

A mini THREAD Many publish angry tweets about Russian ex-DeputyPM and now Head of Space Agency Dmitry Rogozin's tweets, where he calls to wipe out Ukraine once and forever, and praises Serbian war criminals Karajic and Mladic. This shows, how little the West know about RU leaders
The trick is, that Rogozin was always a pure, crystal-clear Nazi. Not a "far right", not a "radical", but a Russian Nazi. And not, this was not "sins of the youth". Hear a very adult Rogozin holds a speech in Moscow center under a Swastika banner of RNE, Russian National Unity /2
Just imagine. This guy oversees the whole Russian space program (recently RosKosmos has confirmed, that it is not only a science-and-peace corporation, but produces all Russian ICBMs). A former Deputy Prime Mister. And he is a NAZI. Nuclear Nazi. /3
