Biden bragged about sending billions every year to fund Israel’s brutal military, well-known for its gross violations of human rights and daily violence against Palestinians. @POTUS even tossed Israel another billion this year after it spent 11 days bombing Palestinians in Gaza.

Israel’s new prime minister Yair Lapid. Lapid has said of Palestinians: “What I want is [...] to be rid of them and put a tall fence between us and them.”
Israeli president Isaac Herzog. A former leader in an Israeli spy unit that blackmails Palestinians and violates their rights, a Herzog campaign ad said that he “understands the Arab mentality.”

THREAD: Documents recently discovered by @AdalahEnglish have revealed that the US is planning to build its new Jerusalem embassy on stolen Palestinian land.

Israel stole the land in question from several Palestinian families in 1950 in violation of international law.
The US is already complicit in Israeli war crimes.

If it goes forward with the plan, the US will be actively participating in Israel's illegal theft of Palestinian land, violating the internationally established right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes and lands.
Now, the original Palestinian families who owned the land, including residents of Jerusalem and US citizens, are demanding that the US halt its plans to move forward with the embassy.
