1) Arredondo is a liar. He indeed did know that he was in charge based on the training he had through ALERRT training 
2) uvalde officers had undergone ALERRT training. They knew what to do if keys were not available and what to do did not include hanging out in the hallway for 70+min
3) Lt. Martinez is the only officer who used the ALERRT training he received. Running TOWARDS the shooter. “No other officer followed him”
