Maybe I shld have tried harder. But the election integrity community (legit advocates) was so demoralized. Mostly we still are. And it’s hard to raise money for a shot in the dark. The records may have been deleted by now. They are only required to retain them 22 or 24 months. 2/

That’s the problem. We don’t have real transparency bc most outcomes are unaudited, especially primaries & state races & it is cost prohibitive for activists on a shoestring to do it. 3/

Raising money is very difficult bc there is zero guarantee of finding anything. So we go on faith. I fear we have passed a tipping point. I don’t know that they even need to flip votes anymore. They have gerrymandered democracy into ground. 4/

But no one in the community to whom I mentioned my concerns re Boebert seemed very interested. Again, the Big Lie has beaten down and demoralized the real election integrity community. Maybe that was the point. 6/

7/ In 2020, Democrats lost 27 out of 27 House races that were rated as tossups before the election. I doubt any of those races were audited meaningfully if at all. Ds were also pulverized in state races. The predicted blue wave did not materialize.

I don’t mean to blame anyone 4 not trying to audit Boebert’s primary win. But the problem is that I’ve never done an audit & would not be good at it. To do it I wld have needed to attract interest from people who cld do it. I, too, was too demoralized to give it a big push. 8/
