How to check your vote?

-Send an SMS to 8300
-The election area provided must be either your permanent or present address on your NIC
-Your family number and other details must be correct and in correspondence with you NIC.

Am I eligible to vote?

A Person shall be entitled to be enrolled as a voter if he/she

(a) is a citizen of Pakistan;
(b) is not less than eighteen years of age;
(c) possesses a National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority at any time

till the last day fixed for inviting claims, objections and applications for preparation, revision or correction of electoral rolls;
(d) is not declared by a competent court to be of unsound mind; and
(e) is or is deemed under section 27 to be resident in the electoral area.

How to register OR transfer vote to permanent or current address?

- Complete form 21 to register or transfer vote
- Attach a copy of CNIC
- Submit to District Election Commissioner
- Get acknowledgment of receipt

- Complete form 22 for deletion of vote
- Submit copy of Death certificate to the District Election Commissioner
- Get acknowledgment of receipt

How to correct particulars like spelling mistakes, wrong address etc?

- Complete form 23 to correct details
- Attach a copy of CNIC
- Submit to District Election Commissioner

- Go to DEC in person and submit
- Get acknowledgment of receipt
