What normally amazed Ajimobi most about Tinubu was the fact that when he was planning to seek his support for 2011, many people told him that Tinubu would control him, and reluctantly he ignored those propagandists.
TINUBU didn't just use his party's machinery to support Ajimobi at NO cost, he also assisted his campaign with funds.

At some point, Ajimobi thought one day, Tinubu may come back to ask him for this money but he was watching when the day would come.
TINUBU persuaded Lam Adesina the then leader of ACN in Oyo State to support Ajimobi, Lam agreed and Ajimobi got the ticket of ACN.

FLASHBACK: In 2007, under ANPP, Ajimobi would have gotten some prominent support from other people and he would have become Governor
since then but he rejected the slavery conditions those people gave him, he said he would never negotiate Oyo State prosperity away just to become Governor. So those people rigged him out.
BACK TO THE STORY: But since Tinubu didn't give any condition, Ajimobi continued his association with the JAGABAN. Ajimobi won.

Ajimobi told us that throughout his first term, any time Tinubu called him, he would think "could this be the payback time?"
But not even a single demand came from Tinubu. And as preparation for his reelection began, Tinubu sent another money to the campaign team of Ajimobi, wow! Now, Ajimobi was wowed! "What manner of a leader is this?.....unlike some people...."
Again, throughout the second term, Tinubu demanded Nothing! It was during the selection of his successor that Asiwaju reportedly showed interest in Adelabu the then Deputy Governor of CBN who Tinubu, due to his passion for professionalism in every
stage of leadership including political leadership, saw as the right man to take over Oyo State from Ajimobi. Ajimobi agreed with Tinubu just like the way Lam Adesina agreed with Tinubu too, the primary was held and the party members chose Adelabu.
When some people said "Tinubu want to use Adelabu to carry Oyo State money to Lagos", Ajimobi said, "if Tinubu didn't use me to carry Oyo State money to Lagos for eight years despite the enormous support he gave me, he won't use Adelabu to do same.
He wanted good governance in Oyo State, period.". Recall that Ajimobi was also the MD of National Oil too.

I've accompanied Ajimobi to Tinubu’s house severally, whenever he greeted the JAGABAN, you won't believe that Ajimobi was older than him with the
kind of courtesy and respect he accorded him, although JAGABAN always returned the same gesture.

Till he died, it is only when you wanted to see the redness of Ajimobi's eyes that you would say a bad thing about his BOLA TINUBU.

TINUBU TO BUHARI: YOU TRULY BELONG TO EVERYBODY, AND BELONG TO NOBODY

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has described President Muhammadu Buhari as a “true leader, brother, and friend”
who demonstrated a “sense of purpose, composure, and maturity” in the weeks leading to the Special Convention of the Party.

In a letter to the President, which he signed, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu expressed gratitude for the President’s congratulatory letter to him,
adding that while all the contestants expected President Buhari to “choose” his successor, he simply allowed a level playing field.

I belong to the set of youth who see beyond social media frenzies and irrational political support. You almost appear alien if you dare say BAT is your political choice come 2023.
I can't recount a number of times I've been insulted and almost beaten in a bid to stand out and try to make youths like myself see the man who has what it takes to make this country again.

They shout old age, I told them capacity isn't a respecter of age.
They said he looted Lagos, I responded if Lagos was looted by him and still looks that way, I'll love him to loot Nigeria.

If Nigeria is looking for :
1. An athlete to run around the stadium and even jump over the wall,
2. A wrestling champion suitable for a WWE title and the black belt,
3. A superman to offload several trailer loads of cement,
an*
4. A diver to parachute from an aircraft at the height of 3000 feet,
5. A boxer in the category of Mohammed Alli and kill wee.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu is certainly not qualified.

But if Nigeria is looking for :

1. A builder, a genius, and a man of great intellect and capacity,
2. A man who can reset the damaged national structures and unleash Nigeria's great potential,
3. Someone to strengthen the fibers of nationhood and foster hope.
4. A maverick politician who understands the use of men as materials for growth,
