@delta - Please get all of your flight and gate crew retrained.

We just went through this with American Airlines. They admitted the mistake and we all moved on.

We need the same, plus get your people trained up.
The flight attendants and other passengers were not wearing masks, meaning this was to a destination, not requiring masks, per your customer-facing page, so no masks of any kind would be required.

If you are trying as Ms. Talton, has tweeted,

Because they had nurses don PPE within 1 meter, 3 feet, from the patient.

And their study continues to be weighed very heavily in the systemic reviews, resulting in surgical masks being used by the medical community, instead of N95's.

And now a new study showing that airborne diseases like CoVid and the flu float out to the nurses station.
