A brief thread on how Leftist misinformation spreads. The media has been claiming for months that there is a rise in "anti-LGBT" violence. They use this to justify banning terms like "groomer," claiming that such labels fuel attacks. But where is the evidence of this epidemic?
The evidence doesn't exist because the epidemic is a total fabrication. Let's follow along to see how it works. This article in the @dailydot is typical. It calls for a "groomer" ban, connecting it to an "escalation" in "hateful attacks on LGBT people." Image
But where is the evidence? They link to a Washington Post article that claims a "surge" in anti-LGBT "threats and violence." But where do they get this from? WaPo cites "extremism trackers," linking to something called the The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project Image
WaPo points us to this "fact sheet" from ACLED, which does not claim a stark rise in violence but rather in "mobilization," which is not the same thing. Already we see how the game of telephone works. "Mobilization" becomes "threats" becomes "hateful attacks." Image
But what counts as "mobilization"? ACLED says that any demonstration -- including peaceful ones -- count if they judge it to be "anti-LGBT." Also, passing out flyers. ACLED admits that nearly 90 percent of the "mobilization" consists of demonstrations and flyers. Image
Just like that, people peacefully handing out flyers or holding signs get counted as violent, hateful attackers.
These are the kinds of tricks the media and LGBT activists (but I repeat myself) are always pulling. After all these are the people who invented out of whole cloth an epidemic of anti-trans murders. No such epidemic exists.

thefederalist.com/2019/11/04/the…
The media fabricates the anti-trans murder epidemic by lumping every murder of a trans person together and assuming from the outset that they're all hate crimes. According to the media, no trans person has ever been murdered except as a hate crime.
In conclusion, these people lie about everything, all the time. Never believe a word they say.

EXCLUSIVE: A lengthy congressional investigation led by @SenTedCruz just exposed the deranged lies of several online services that deplatformed @libsoftiktok, @Riley_Gaines_, and me. 🧵
2/ Eventbrite, which controls 50% of the event management market, canceled seven events themed around my film “What is a Woman?”, claiming the events violated their Hateful Events Policy. But the committee found that no one at Eventbrite had even seen my film.
3/ Instead, Eventbrite told the committee that my events were “hateful” in part because of my appearance on a January 2022 episode of “Dr. Phil.” During that episode, I challenged trans activists to define the word “woman.” They could not.

1/🧵WPATH — the organization that creates the widely accepted Standards of Care for “trans medicine” — was a radical cult from the very beginning. Watch my full exposé into their sordid & untold history:
2/ WPATH’s origin story traces back to a gender-confused, new-age, drug-addicted, lesbian rich kid named Rita Erickson, her prolific nudist friend, Zelda Suplee, and their Erickson Educational Foundation (EEF). Image
3/ After “transitioning” from Rita to Reed, Erickson had 4 failed marriages, developed a drug addiction, and fled to Mexico to avoid drug charges. Her child had to take on a conservatorship of her estate due to her mental & physical decline.

1/ In Sept 2022, I broke the story that Vanderbilt doctors were chemically castrating minors in the name of "gender-affirming care." This week, 19 state attorneys general cited my reporting in a brief to the Supreme Court in a case that has nationwide implications for children. 🧵
2/ The case concerns a law in Idaho which bans the castration & mutilation of children. A judge has temporarily halted the enforcement of the law because Idaho "allows the same treatments for cisgender minors that are deemed unsafe and thus banned for transgender minors."
3/ This reasoning is absurd, as the attorneys general note. There is no comparison between a vaginoplasty for a girl following trauma, and a ‘vaginoplasty’ that's performed by removing a boy’s genitals and creating fake body parts with skin grafts. Image

1/ Google’s Gemini AI project doesn’t want to display images of white men – even historical figures. I think I may have figured out why. 🧵
2/ Here’s the founder of Google's "AI Responsibility" initiative, Jen Gennai, speaking in a keynote address in 2021. She openly suggests that she treats “Black, Hispanic and Latinx” employees differently than white employees.
3/ Gennai also says Google’s commitment to “antiracism” is a key component of their AI work  – and she insists they won’t be deterred.

BREAKING: I've obtained internal footage of senior officials at the FAA's Flight Program Operations division — which is responsible for all aspects of aircraft operations — workshopping a plan to reduce the number of white males in aviation. 🧵
2/ The footage begins with FAA acting deputy chief operating officer Angela McCullough saying more workers need to go from "ramp to cockpit," meaning she wants to see more baggage handlers become airline pilots.
3/ As the meeting goes on, McCullough declares that it's important to "get a little uncomfortable." She complains that Flight Operations is "white-male dominated" and tells the managers they need to “talk about what the future could look like."

🧵Last night, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a devastating ruling for the trans cult. No other court decision has so thoroughly dismantled, point-by-point, every disingenuous argument from trans activists.
2/ The case arose because of laws in TN & KY banning the use of puberty blockers & sterilizing cross-sex hormones on kids. The laws were passed after my reporting on Vanderbilt’s gender clinic, and how they see some gender “treatments” as big money makers. x.com/MattWalshBlog/…
3/ Trans activists were apoplectic. The ACLU went to court. Initially, they convinced a judge to block it. I said at the time that the judge’s ruling was terrible & would be overturned. But admittedly, I had no idea how bad it would be for the trans cult. dailywire.com/news/matt-wals…
