A brief thread on how Leftist misinformation spreads. The media has been claiming for months that there is a rise in "anti-LGBT" violence. They use this to justify banning terms like "groomer," claiming that such labels fuel attacks. But where is the evidence of this epidemic?

The evidence doesn't exist because the epidemic is a total fabrication. Let's follow along to see how it works. This article in the @dailydot is typical. It calls for a "groomer" ban, connecting it to an "escalation" in "hateful attacks on LGBT people."

But where is the evidence? They link to a Washington Post article that claims a "surge" in anti-LGBT "threats and violence." But where do they get this from? WaPo cites "extremism trackers," linking to something called the The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project

WaPo points us to this "fact sheet" from ACLED, which does not claim a stark rise in violence but rather in "mobilization," which is not the same thing. Already we see how the game of telephone works. "Mobilization" becomes "threats" becomes "hateful attacks."

But what counts as "mobilization"? ACLED says that any demonstration -- including peaceful ones -- count if they judge it to be "anti-LGBT." Also, passing out flyers. ACLED admits that nearly 90 percent of the "mobilization" consists of demonstrations and flyers.

Just like that, people peacefully handing out flyers or holding signs get counted as violent, hateful attackers.

These are the kinds of tricks the media and LGBT activists (but I repeat myself) are always pulling. After all these are the people who invented out of whole cloth an epidemic of anti-trans murders. No such epidemic exists.

The media fabricates the anti-trans murder epidemic by lumping every murder of a trans person together and assuming from the outset that they're all hate crimes. According to the media, no trans person has ever been murdered except as a hate crime.

In conclusion, these people lie about everything, all the time. Never believe a word they say.

Took some of my kids to see the Revenge of the Sith rerelease in theaters. Hadn’t seen it since it first came out. Even worse than I remembered. The worst dialogue I’ve ever heard in a mainstream Hollywood film. Abysmal action choreography. Not one good acting performance in the film. Truly a terrible pile of shit. An insult to the art of cinema. George Lucas should have been arrested.

Actual lines of dialogue in this moldy trash bag of a film. Outrageously bad.

My favorite part is at the end when they’re on the lava planet (for some reason) and they have a clumsily choreographed light saber duel that feels like it goes on for 6 and a half hours. Anakin jumps and flips through the air like Spider-Man but then at the end he loses because the other guy is standing on a small hill and has the higher ground. This was for some reason an insurmountable strategic advantage, even though Anakin had just seconds earlier leaped like 20 feet in the air while doing flips like an Olympic gymnast. So then Anakin decides to jump directly over top the other guy, close enough that he can just casually reach up and cut his legs off. He could have jumped anywhere else on the hill, or just a little higher, and avoided this issue.

The girlboss feminism routine isn’t just cringy. It also directly undermines our argument. The Citadel was a male-only space forced by law to admit females in the name of diversity and inclusion. That is the exact argument trans-identifying males use to invade female spaces. Nancy Mace was literally a beneficiary of a DEI program. It’s a ridiculous and tone deaf thing to brag about in this moment.

We rightly lament the death of female only spaces. But male only spaces died long before, thanks in part to the efforts of Nancy Mace.

Feminism set the stage for transgenderism. The feminists were the first to deny the fundamental and inherent differences between the sexes, and the value of sex segregation in many aspects of society. Feminists are largely to blame for the very problem that some of them now campaign against.

BREAKING: The @AmerAcadPeds has kicked out a detrans group that included Chloe Cole, Abel Garcia, Soren Aldaco, and Nicolas Flowers from their annual conference. Why is the AAP preventing doctors from hearing these stories?

2/ Video of the incident shows the AAP claimed one individual was associated with a different group who, last year, violated the code of conduct. Security wouldn’t confirm who the individual was, what the violation was, or why it impacted this different group in a different year.

3/ Rather than speak for themselves, the AAP sent venue security to inform these mental health professionals, mothers, and detransitioners that they had 10 minutes to pack up their booth and exit the conference venue.
