The strong admonishing of the pre-conditions set by High Court should now prevent High Courts, from setting pre-conditions to frustrate the successful completion of any crime, the accused was charged with in the first place.
No one should compare this with comments made by Hon. Supreme Court, in the matter of @NupurSharmaBJP where, while denying clubbing of cases, she was virtually damned by the Court.
The risk of being beheaded is surely less than the likelihood of the property being re-grabbed.

All of this confirms and re-confirms our faith in the Indian justice system.
To those who complain of endless delays and callous Courts, the fact remains that even an Azam Khan, about whom nothing good can be said, can't have any complaint about the reliefs he has been provided.
