Since #MississippiBurning is trending, I'll take the opportunity to remind people that not only Hackman and Dafoe nailed their roles, but Frances McDormand, Brad Dourif and the late Badja Djola hit it out of the park.

If you couldn't hear a pin drop during that razor blade scene in the photo, you didn't pay attention to the film.

What is it with Brad Dourif that the Academy keeps getting wrong. He's one of the most underrated actors there are and his role in Cuckoo's Nest was one of the best there was, EVER.

Did you read how he studied for that role. He put his soul into it and lost to George Burns in The Sunshine Boys?! Pleasant enough film but really?!

Sorry, I did think Paul Newman's performance in The Verdict blew Gandhi's out of the water.
Also, I think Denzel Washington was better in Hurricane than Training Day and Sissy Spacek was better than Halle Berry.

Just a reminder that Lindsey Graham (R-Kiev) tried to get a state election official (not even his state) to throw out valid votes in an effort to keep a criminal in office.
I don't know what he's blackmailed with and I don't care, anymore. I just want him to be held accountable

NOBODY and I mean NOBODY gets to use their influence to tamper with the America election so that the outcome accommodates their candidate

At the end of his term, I'd like to see Joe Biden have someone pack up 15 boxes of "such Classified Intel that it can't be discussed in an open setting", bring it into his home, invite the Democrats over to party, then say he "had the right to do it."
