Black sedan suspect vehicle was shooting from Winner Gas. Went west on Broadway.
Black Charger. Shooter was the passenger.

Shooter: BM, black ski mask/doorag, bright blue shirt and matching pants, gray underwear. Known to drive a red Impala.

Multiple reports of a male in the Class A lot loading guns. This is the site of last night's homicide, where there is currently a large memorial.
Employees in the area reporting multiple long guns and handguns with extended magazines.

@CrimeWatchMpls has obtained never-seen video of the final moments of the MPD standoff with active shooter Tekle Sundberg.
Video appears to show evidence of shots being fired from Sundberg’s window toward police
Some may find parts disturbing.

 The BWC video released by the City of Minneapolis/MPD left vagaries as to what led up to the final OIS of Sundberg.

The video above shows a plume of smoke coming out the window just before Sundberg is apparently shot by sniper/s.

We just posted that cops heard a burst of full auto gunfire in the area.
Police arrived. A young child was shot in the face. Conscious and breathing.
Car is also shot up.

Jaeger Layn David, 19, was STOMPED to death on March 6 during a robbery inside 1350 Nicollet Ave and was filmed during the attack for Facebook by his attacker Emmanuel Troy Davis, age 19.

Jaegger died nearly a month later.

 Emmanuel Troy Davis was convicted on July 21 on 2nd degree murder while committing a felony. He was sentenced to 240 months in prison (20 years).

He was also convicted the same week in two other separate violent crime cases of 1st degree aggravated robbery. Image

 Emmanuel Davis was sentenced to 48 and 58 months in the two robbery cases.

H O W E V E R, the sentences on all three separate cases were ordered to be served concurrently - at the same time.
