JESUS TAKE ALL THE GLORY

It was on this day, Four months ago, that I started picked up the IBM Data Science Course on Coursera. A couple of weeks later, I won the #I4GDATACAMP scholarship.

When i started this journey, I wasn't even certain of Day 1. I put God first and I gave it my all.

Four months of consistency, Four months of hardwork and four months of putting GOD first.

When people say you can't pivot in six months, it was too scary because I know I get bored easily. I focused on learning the basics.

The goal was to constantly learn for six months, then start applying for jobs.

In less than four months of constant learning, God showed up for me.

After series of interviews from different companies, this week, I started a new role as a Data Analyst in a domain I am passionate about.

I had opened this account sometime in 2013 but ran away because I didn't know how twitter operated, I am more of an Instagram person.

I came back in March 2022 to my 0 followers 😂😂.

I was too scared to even start posting or talk about my learning journey but I was inspired by @phaibooboo

Today I don't regret that decision, several companies reached out to me from Twitter after they had seen my project posted here.

After I got the Job, I felt like a fraud, imposter syndrome and panic attacks, why?? Because I had no certification to show as a Data Analyst..After lots of self doubts and tears, I picked my self up and told myself something, they saw something in me that's why they reached out.

So I am going to do great.

Thanks to all the Data professionals up here steady motivating me and to all my amazing followers for the constant support and ginger.
