A US official said that Ukraine was firing 3k rounds of artillery a day a couple of weeks ago (might be less now). 75k would be 25 days worth at that rate of expenditure.
I think Ukraine is likely firing fewer artillery rounds a day now, but they would need to expend more if they a conduct a serious counter-offensive against Russian troops in defensive positions.
