(how I would start over)
Earning your first $1 writing online is tough.

Most people quit before they do.

But with a proper system, it becomes much easier.

$1,000 can quickly turn into $10,000.

This thread will cover:

1/ Choosing an abundant niche
2/ Writing about that niche
3/ Building a portfolio
4/ Mastering DMs

I've done $30,000+ in the past 2 months as a DeFi writer & consultant.

All without any coding experience.

Here are 8 no-code tools I use daily:

(how many have you heard of?)
In January, I began my full-time journey as a DeFi technical writer.

Since then, I have:

• Written 1000+ pieces of content
• Grown from 100 to 6250 on Twitter
• Branched into DeFi strategy consulting

+ more.

All in a bear market.

8 tools have made it possible.
1/ Twemex

Like you, I spent a LOT of time on Twitter.

Twemex is a sidebar that hides Twitter's spammy news and shows you random highlights, tweets from past years, or recent hits.

It can also be left intentionally blank to limit distraction.

That's my favorite choice.

Your 2-minute TL;DR on:

• The ETH/BTC ratio
• The Flippening
• The Merge

🧵
The current ETH/BTC market cap ratio is 43.1%.

Based on:

• ETH market cap of $247.5 billion
• BTC market cap of $574 billion

Will ETH overtake BTC?
The Flippening refers to a potential moment in the future when ETH's market cap will exceed that of BTC.

In 2017, it reached an all-time high of 83.2%.

It fell as low as 9.8% in September of 2019.

What does it tell us?

Being active on Ethereum layer 2 rollups will reward you bigly.

Everything you must know to dominate L2'22 (with airdrop alpha):
L2 rollups have never been more relevant.

Today I'll cover:

• Optimistic vs Zero-knowledge rollups
• Optimism & Arbitrum
• zkSync & StarkNet
• Airdrop strategies ← don't miss out, anon

Onward.
PROBLEM: Demand for blockspace on Ethereum's L1 means slow transactions and absurd gas prices.

Solutions must not sacrifice decentralization or security.

These include:

• Sharding (on-chain)
• State channels
• Side/plasma chains
• Rollups

Today's focus is rollups.
