The recent UN Commission of Inquiry report claims to deliver justice. Instead, it delivers a carefully constructed narrative that erases Hamas’s crimes, ignores October 7, and whitewashes the use of human shields.
This is not an investigation. This is selective prosecution.

Any honest accounting must begin with October 7.
Hamas murdered 1,200 Israelis in the single deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust. They burned families alive, raped women, and dragged 251 hostages, including babies into Gaza’s tunnels.
The report barely acknowledges this founding atrocity. That alone destroys its credibility.

Which children count?
38 Israeli children were murdered.
32 were taken hostage.
The report that claims to care about children barely mentions them.
When Israeli children are slaughtered and kidnapped, their suffering is treated as a footnote. This double standard is not justice, it is moral failure.
