Have you ever wondered why God was meticulous and careful to choose godly fathers for Samson, John and Jesus? Even though their mothers (Samson and Jesus) experienced angelic visitations yet God knew that if their fathers were not godly, it will disrupt His purpose.

One key thing I learnt early in my walk with God is that ''He is a God of order". Also, God hates rebellion. Therefore, there is structure and organogram in His Kingdom.

In Jude 13, the angel appeared to Samson's mother to deliver a prophecy & left when he was done. The woman got home & told her husband about what the angel told her. The husband had a deep understanding of his role has the head of the family and seek clarification. He prayed.

He Prayed and God had to send the angel again. When the angel came, the man was not inside and the angel had to wait because without the right heart and agreement of the Man, that prophecy won't come to reality. What an Authority!.

Manoah was a man of prayer. He was not casual and deaf to spiritual realities. He supported his wife and ensured that they kept all the instructions the angel gave to them.

When Joseph wanted to put Mary away in Matt.1 vs 19-20 because she was pregnant, the angel appeared to him and that settled the matter. He was used to obeying God. He was used to hearing from God and obeying him for his life.

Imagine Manoah, Zachariah and Joseph were not godly enough to pray , hear and seek the face of God, there is that tendency that those precious seeds that came from those beautiful women would have been diverted to someone else.

God desire godly seeds but needs godly parents as channels. To the ladies, mistakes happens in life, but please don't marry a Fool. A fool says in his heart there is no God, Psalm 14 vs 1. A fool is full of himself and listen to no one.

A fool condemns anything about God and only lives for the present. A fool has no self control and sleeps around. Those women were chosen to bring great seeds not because they were good vessels alone but also because God could trust their husbands.

Imagine Joseph could not even pray or hear God, Jesus would have been murdered as a child. Good looks and money are good but does he honor God? Does he fear God? Is he kind? Does he listen to correction? Is he humble?

To the young men, you have a responsibility to grow in faith, good character and relationship with God and Man. You need to grow to a man that God can trust with his beautiful and virtuous daughters. A man that is humble and obey God. You need to grow to become a servant leader

God has placed a huge responsibility on Men .God honor your role and you are majorly responsible for whatever happens in that family, Eph 5 vs 23, 1 cor 11 vs 9.When Eve ate the apple, God did not approach her but approached Adam.

God will hold you responsible for whatever goes wrong in your home. His expectations of being the true leader in love, kindness, spirituality and others is a huge task and big responsibility.

God's standard for marriage has not changed, Eph 5 vs 23. It is our responsibility to align with it and eat the blessedness that comes with it.
