This is literally the entire point of Uraraka's story. She demonstrates this MULTIPLE times. She knows that heroes *need* people to rely on, to help them when no one else will. Her role at multiple points in this story has been to show us exactly how harm..
comes to heroes when they try to do things on their own. She realizes that she wants to be the person that heroes turn to for help because they *need* someone like that.
Katsuki has also been that person for Deku-"we're here to step in when you can't handle it on your own"
for the final message of this story to be "heroes need to be independent and not rely on anyone in order to succeed" after seeing all these thematic buildups from Ochako, All Might *and* Katsuki? That would be *idiotic*
The whole point of MHA has been that the new generation of heroes needs to break AWAY from this kind of "heroes need to be the strongest and do everything on their own" mindset, because that's what got them INTO this mess in the first place. they need to do heroism differently
& differently means learning to lean on each other, learning not to push emotions/people close to you away, learning to USE those emotions & those relationships to make you better
1st and 2nd's partnership started One For All. Izuku and Katsuki's partnership will complete it.
