On April 21, Milani Cosmetics dropped a video on their Tiktok claiming that they "debunked" Elaine Bredehoft's "evidence".
But there was nothing to debunk because the Milani Palette was just a piece of demonstrative evidence.
Watch the Tiktok here:
Demonstrative Evidence is not always what most people would consider "hard" evidence. It is not necessarily the evidence that a detective would find at a crime scene but is instead a prop or simulation given to help remind the jury of what the lawyer's arguments were.
The Milani Palette would return as a piece of Demonstrative Evidence during Amber Heard's testimony.
She makes it very clear that this was not the exact palette that she used, which confirms that it was demonstrative evidence.

Maybe Amber Changed her story because of the Milani "debunk" video? Sorry, No.
Milani's video (which is still up) has gotten over five million views.
Milani inserted themselves into a trial which concerned domestic violence & mocked Amber Heard.
They should apologise for their mistake and take some responsibility.
We want @milanicosmetics to stop blocking Amber Heard supporters asking for an apology and take some responsibility for the misinformation they spread.

So, this is blatantly wrong. Organisations have been talking about the use of defamation lawsuits (&NDAs) to silence survivors for a while.
Ms Mag: βperpetrators of sexual violence use the courts to punish survivors for speaking out about abuse.β
