Defunding the FBI, *as some Republicans are now proposing*, would leave murderers and kidnappers free to conduct a reign of terror on innocent American lives.

I know the entire Beltway media will now be obsessed with getting every major Republican elected on record as to whether or not they want to defund the FBI.
Do you want to vote for Republicans, who argue the FBI should be defunded, allowing rapists and murderers to go free, or Democrats, who say without a well-funded FBI, rape and murder rates will skyrocket?
Republicans want to #DefundTheFBI to protect their terrorist friends.

Hey @MeetThePress? Are you planning on normalizing the fascist rally Republicans just held in Texas in your coverage tomorrow? 1st fascist rally EVER hosted by a major American party. Do you agree it was fascist rhetoric?
Bc I'm really sure experts like @ruthbenghiat & @TimothyDSnyder would be happy to come on the show to explain why it was fascist rhetoric and what it portends for our democracy.
I realize it feels alarmist, hell even tin foil hatty, but that's why Snyder makes the point that folks like me, and especially folks like you, have to have the courage to speak out early. Otherwise, it can't be stopped.

The media needs to cover CPAC factually. It's the first fascist rally ever hosted by a major American political party in history.
Y'all the MSG rally was not affiliated with either the Republican or Democratic Parties & spoken at by a former Republican president. That's a very imp difference
This isn't a group of fringe freaks. This is the Republican Party & NOT the MTG freaks. Rick Scott gave what was effectively a nazi speech replacing the word jew with "woke left."

8 months ago I was stressing about how the Left would waste 8 months debating mobilization versus persuasion.
