The Eyeglasses industry makes 140 billion dollars a year "correcting" your vision

But there's a little dirty secret they don't want you to know...

THREAD
Poor eyesight isn't just about genetics

Your environment also plays a role

Today, we spend most of our time indoors staring at our screens within the dark confines of offices

It's taken a toll on our vision

Your eyes need to exercise in order to stay sharp and healthy
Good vision meant life or death for our ancestors

They needed to search the horizon for food to feed their families

Finding berries and mushrooms was also necessary
If poor vision was purely genetic, natural selection would have wiped it out of the gene pool

Why?

Because not correctly identifying poisonous food or mistaking a snake for a tree branch meant you died

Death = not able to pass on DNA
Now

You're probably wondering how this is possible

We've been told all our lives that poor eyesight meant glasses forever

and that your vision will get worse over time

In today's world, there is some truth to that statement

You can change that though
Your eyes are surrounded by muscles that move them in all directions

Like all muscles, they follow the adage:

Use it or lose it

By not looking at far away distances and being outside in the sunlight, these structures weaken
Your eyes also control your diurnal rhythm (body clock)

This clock runs on sunlight

Being stuck inside & not exposing yourself to sunlight messes up the neurotransmitter Dopamine

Dopamine is vital for eye health

It literally changes the structure of your eyeball
Myopia, or nearsightedness, is not being able to see things from far away

This happens because your eye elongates due to a lack of sun exposure

The light that enters misses your retina (vision processing tissue) so the image you see is blurry
Keeping your eyes healthy is fairly simple

You need exposure to sunlight!

The average room is 20x less bright than being outside on a sunny day

Get as much time as you can and bask in the healing rays

Make it your priority
Another tip is to spend time out in nature, staring at landscapes or objects in the distance

Train your eyes to stay sharp

Give them a challenge

You need to be proactive

Poor vision shouldn't be a life sentence
Give your eyes the environment they deserve to thrive

Spend more time outside and less time in front of screens

Eat more Vitamin A rich foods like organ meats or fatty fish

Or you'll end up needing stronger lens prescriptions every few years

There’s a natural compound your body makes on its own.

It helps clear toxins, supports your brain and keeps your skin clear.

But in a world that burns you out and burdens your liver, your levels don’t stay optimal for long.

Your doctor’s never mentioned it

But you NEED to hear about thisImage
It’s called TUDCA.

Short for tauroursodeoxycholic acid (Yes, it’s a total tongue twister).

TUDCA is a natural compound your liver makes to keep bile moving.

Bile is how your body:

Digests fat
Clears toxins
Supports hormone balance

When bile stops flowing, symptoms start piling up.
You might feel it as:

Bloating after meals
Brain fog that doesn’t lift
Skin that keeps breaking out
Mood swings or PMS
Sensitivity to supplements or detox
Itchy skin or acne around the jaw and chest

These aren’t random, they’re signs your body is clogged (not broken).

You’re not stuck because you’re lazy or unmotivated.

You’re stuck because your nervous system is trapped in survival mode so your body doesn’t feel safe enough to heal.

If this sounds like you, there’s a reason and a way forward: Image

You might think healing starts with food or supplements.

The truth is that REAL healing begins when your body shifts gears, from defense into repair.

When your system is locked in fight or flight, nothing works the way it should:

Digestion slows
Detox backs up
Sleep turns shallow
It’s not just stress from work or family that keeps your system on edge.

What's tricky about this is you can feel calm while your biology stays stuck on red alert.

That happens when deeper stressors are at play, things you can’t always see:

Mold
Parasites
Heavy metals
Gut inflammation

Your symptoms aren’t random, your detox system is clogged.

When toxins can’t get out, they build up and your body starts sounding the alarm.

Anxiety
Bloating
Brain fog
Skin flares

Your body isn’t failing, it’s trying to drain waste with nowhere to send it.

Let’s break down the 6 signs this is happening and how to start clearing the path:Image
Image
1. You feel worse when you try to “get healthy”

You clean up your diet, start a new protocol and suddenly crash.

That’s not a bad reaction. It’s your body trying to release toxins without a clear path to get them out.

If drainage isn’t open, detox just recirculates the trash.
2. You’re puffy all the time.

Swollen face in the morning, rings feel tight or ankles hold water.

That’s not just inflammation, it’s stagnant lymph.

Your body is literally holding onto waste because it has nowhere to send it.

Healthy body = Moving lymph

You’re probably low in potassium and it’s wrecking your energy, sleep and mood.

Everyone’s talking about magnesium. But potassium?

Crickets

And that’s a big problem

Let’s break it down: Image
Image
You might feel like you’re staying hydrated just because you drink a ton of water.

But hydration isn’t just about water.

It’s about getting minerals *into* your cells and that requires potassium.
If you’ve been feeling off lately with:

Muscle tightness
Weird cravings
Morning Fatigue
Mood swings
Fogginess after meals
Heart randomly flutters
Sleep is restless

Potassium might be the missing piece.

Fulvic acid is one of the most powerful natural compounds you’ve never heard of.

Ancient Ayurvedic medicine has used it for over 3000 years to boost energy, sharpen focus and reverse aging.

But modern farming practices have stripped it from our soil and your health is paying the price.

Let’s break down why fulvic acid is so powerful and why you need it in your life:Image
Image
Fulvic acid (found in Shilajit) enhances your biology in many ways including:

Cognition
Immunity
Energy
Vitality

It’s a super nutrient that deserves your attention
Fulvic acid comes from the earth itself.

It's made of broken down organic matter called humus (no, not the dip)

Humus is a thin layer of debris you often see on the forest floor

With the help of various soil microorganisms (fungi + bacteria), it gets digested down into fulvic acid

This organic polymer was part of the “original mix” that laid foundations for life on our planet
