Utter mayhem at Public Hearing on expansion of WtE plant Okhla. Terribly organised, project proponent first gave a presentation for 40 minutes, when it came to public to speak,time being restricted. Most present are mouthpieces of PP, brought in as paid clappers for the plant.

Here are paid hordes organised by the WtE plant to show they favour expansion of the plant. Brought in from as far as Mathura!! Terrible orchestrated public hearing. @LtGovDelhi @MCD_Delhi @AshwaniKumar_92 @DPCC_pollution should be scrapped.
