We’ll begin with this clip of Dr Littman explaining ROGD

On August 16, 2018, PLOS ONE published @LisaLittman1’s study of 256 parental reports of adolescents experiencing a phenomenon described by Littman as ‘Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria’ #ROGD
In this Youtube video Dr Littman gives her hypothesis on ROGD: 2/10
Littman coined the term #ROGD to describe this unexplained phenomenon.
In this compelling Youtube clip Dr Dave Bell describes the concerns in GIDS at the Tavistock about these GD teens
"Detransitioning 'to a life beyond trauma' is about transitioning from believing lies, to living in the truth…trauma need not become your tower of isolation, the truth is you’re not too broken to make a powerful difference or to forgive yourself. "
The truth in fact, is that you are a powerful person.
So powerful you changed the law in England. So powerful that the medical predators that prey on and abuse children with these treatments fear you more than anybody else.
"Turn your pain into your superpower.
Do not waste your pain. It was hard fought, it was hard received, do not waste it."
Vernadette Broyles says detransitioners cannot recover everything that was taken from them, but your life — that you can get back. No one needs to sit alone in their trauma. Detransitioners should forgive themselves, completely and without qualification.
Vernadette is one of the foremost legal advocates in America for detransitioners and their families and has worked on some of the most high profile cases in the US. She acknowledges that recognizing trauma, supports healing, and makes space for people to rebuild their lives with dignity.
As a child, she was betrayed by family members, a predatory teacher, and a school board that chose institutional convenience over justice.
Detransitioners were betrayed by doctors and therapists, social workers, and teachers — precisely the people with the professional and ethical obligation to protect them.
They were encouraged to believe that their bodies were a problem, and that they could find relief on the other side of a prescription or with surgery.
Broyles describes this as the worst form of violation of all and says;
There is Life Beyond Trauma.

1) “Detrans Awareness Day exists because thousands of people like us have lived this story – and because for too long, no one wanted to hear it. We were treated as inconvenient footnotes to a narrative that insisted pediatric gender medicine was settled science and lifesaving care. We were told that our stories were rare, exaggerated, or fake.”
(And check out this gorgeous pic of Soren (@SorenAldaco) and Prisha (@PrishaMosley), meeting in Washington on the day itself!)
2) “This year’s Detransitioner Awareness Day observance comes at a pivotal moment in the national conversation surrounding pediatric gender medicine as legal challenges mount and public scrutiny increases.”
Soren and Prisha are both ambassadors for the Independent Women’s Forum (IWF). Read IWF’s article about the importance of Detrans Awareness Day: independentwomen.com/2026/03/12/jus… ⬇️

Analysis shows strict evidence-based criteria would exclude most patients. Includes testimonies from those harmed and explains why the study contradicts Cass Review findings.
Leading organizations, clinicians and psychotherapists called for the study to be paused, warning it prioritizes risky experiments over proven psychological support.
Burke wins at the Court of Appeal. Gript takes the Press Council to court.
Two cases, one message: The days of silencing dissent through institutional capture are numbered.
Here's why this matters 🧵
Burke was fired in 2023 for refusing to use a student's new name & pronouns.
Court of Appeal blocked his disciplinary panel, ruling it biased — the union rep judging him was from ASTI, which backs pronoun policies.
Even divisive cases deserve fair process. archive.ph/rmatS
@griptmedia exposed explicit content in Dublin City University’s teacher training via undercover recordings.
The Press Council censured them.
Gript’s reply? “See you in court.”
Now regulators must say why parents shouldn’t know what teachers are taught. archive.ph/5YmO6
🧵 Detransitioners face profound losses—sexual function, intimacy, fertility—and often carry the grief that follows alone.
A new paper documents these hidden struggles through stories shared with Genspect, revealing why specialized support like @BeyondTransHelp is essential.
