1 year ago, I graduated College

Today, my net-worth is over 3.5 million 💰

Here's my updated web3 developer roadmap

A mega thread 🧵
1. How can you benefit from web3?

In my opinion, the are two profitable paths in this space:

- Become a developer 💻
- Become a start-up founder 🕺

This thread will teach you how to do both. Let's start with the developer path 👇
1. What is web3? (Developer Path) 💻

Web3 is the next jump in how people use the internet.

- Web1 was the "read only" era. 🔍
- Web2 was the social media revolution. 👯

Web3 is decentralization.

•Broke student
•Had my heart broken
•Poor mental health
•Thought my grades determined success

At 24:
•CEO of a 7-figure business
•Happy with my career
•In good shape
•Happy with my life choices

These 10 rules changed my life👇 ImageImage
1) Consistency > Short bursts

Coding 2 hrs per day is 730 hrs a year. ⏰

The little things add up. Fast.

Everything I've ever suceeded in, I had broken up into small tasks that I completed religiously.
2) Ship fast. Fail fast.

I created my first real "product" in 2020. It failed. ❌

It took me half a year to make. On the contrary, a close family member has been thinking about their dream for DECADES.

My ability to fail fast put me ahead.

Many beginner self taught developers miss programming fundamentals taught in University 🎓

Here is a curated list of topics that university covers in computer science

A Thread 🧵
1. Data structures

You use data structures to store and organize data. ✍️

Different data structures store data in different ways 🧊 . Choosing the right type of data storage for the job will optimize your program.

Here is a good resource:
