So quick thoughts?

VICTORY !!! We have our first flip since Trump left office. This will not be anywhere near the last. But it feels good

Trump company will be dissolved when all is said & done. Weisselberg has to testify truthfully on all financial crimes of Trump Org...

..Weisselberg has to testify truthfully on all financial crimes of Trump Org - and DA has his double-bookkeeping, which means DA knows all the scams Trump ran with his company. This ends the Trump company and his properties will be seized to pay various debts in back taxes etc

We saw that the investigators had documentation that others (plural) had similar tax fraud as Weisselberg (who has to pay $1.9 million). That would be Jr, Eric & Ivanka. And Ivanka & Jr did not plead the fifth, but Eric did. So looks like Ivanka & Jr at least will plead guilty

They also said there is (at least one) tax cheat bigger than Weisselberg (that would be Trump). So the DA has all this evidence already, and Weisselberg has to testify in those cases - or Weisselberg goes to prison for 15 years himself. 5 months at NY's notorious Riker's Island..

5 months brief tour of Riker's Island will convince Weisselberg, he does not want that to be his permanent home for 15 years

Then there is FEDERAL crimes. This case includes New York AND Federal tax fraud. Weisselberg pleads guilty to ALL CHARGES

That means he cannot use 5th amendment protection when federal tax crimes come to trial by DOJ for IRS. Remember we know from this case, that the evidence they have include similar tax fraud with IRS and the Feds joined this investigation last year

In this Manhattan New York tax fraud case, we next see Trump Org lose this trial now in October. It is a slam dunk case

Then New York will be indicting the other tax frauds: Ivanka, Jr, Eric. Try them (probably 2 plead guilty maybe all 3). After them: Trump himself

Next in New York there is Westchester tax fraud. There is New York Attorney General on financial fraud. Then NY and Federal investigation into money laundering

Federally next Sanctions Busting. And various other crimes like inauguration & emoluments & espionage & bribes

And in state tax fraud next after New York comes Illinois, with Maryland, California, New Jersey, DC, Florida and others lined up, plus of course Scotland/UK
