CrossMind Studio have such in-depth videos on Blender basics, Mantaflow, Dynamics, GeoNodes, and more.

CG Boost have plenty of free tutorials, but also some of the best paid ones with an incredible amount of knowledge for a low price. I'm currently going through Cubic Worlds.

P2Design has a ton of free and informative videos on YouTube to learn animation. But to really learn everything about Blender animation check out his Alive! animation course.

Khamurai has been creating education and creative GeoNodes tutorials for the past while. It's a great way to learn new nodes and how things work. I love how he teaches in a way that lets you further explore the node setup and experiment on your own.

Simon3D and his love of procedural setups in Blender has a great variety of tutorials.

Kristof Dedene has an awesome collection of anime style tutorials. Plus his Gumroad has a tooooon of great stuff, all for free.

Derek Elliot has incredibly in-depth tutorials about his workflow on commercial projects. His awesome shoe tutorial alone is 3 videos about 1.5 hours each. Don't be intimidated by the length - tons of knowledge to absorb from a chill teacher.

Polyfjord is a wonderful teacher with clean and elegant work. I just found his stuff last week when he posted an awesome tutorial on animating a mechanical insect.
