The organisation @ISDglobal is a western state-backed propaganda operation that issues defamatory allegations designed to prevent independent researchers and journalists from bringing the truth to the public.
This thread provides insight as to the scale and significance of the warcrime cover up that @isdglobal are enabling:

Legacy media outlet the @guardian continues its campaign of suppressing facts regarding the controversial @opcw Douma investigation and attempting to smear honest journalism by @aaronjmate. The @guardian's defence of @TownsendMark's report can easily be demonstrated to be false:
1) As @aaronjmate points out, its defence rests upon the false claim that an @OPCW investigation refuted the issues raised by its own personnel with respect to procedural and scientific irregularities and flaws in the Douma investigation.
2) The 'independent' inquiry to which the @guardian refers was actually an investigation into alleged breaches of confidentiality and a leaked engineering report

The more significant matter is that he states, categorically, that hospital scenes associated with the attack were staged. The man in red is seen here at both the hospital scenes & location 2

If this is all correct, unless one assumes it is plausible a real chemical attack would occur at the same time as an organised/staged hospital events, then

It is also notable that the man in red is running up stairs passed bodies of victims allegedly killed by chlorine gas.
