What will happen if Gautam Adani's empire collapses?
Many people are asking these questions. This is because the group is heavily into debt, some 2,20,000 Crores of it.
And there are fears that it may not be able to service this debt and may collapse.
But when it collapses, what will happen to the share holders?
The big relief is that retail investors are not holding too much equity in his companies.
That is why the prices could be manipulated and prices could be raised. Most of the equity is held by the promoter. What would be interesting to know, how much of that equity has been pledged to the banks and how much money has been borrowed against those pledged securities.
Because once share prices start to decline, the banks will ask for margin money to cover their risks on the reduced value of equity.
And getting that margin money may become difficult for the promoter group, which in turn could lead to banks selling the pledged securities and recovering their money. This selling may put the shares under further pressure and the prices may plummet.
But no mater what happens to the share prices, the assets created by the borrower still remain in existence.
Unless fraud has been committed and money has been sent abroad after converting it into foreign exchange (I think that might have already happened), the banks should be secure. Problem is who will take over the assets once the bird flees the cage?
And that won't happen anytime soon till Modi is the PM. All institutions have been compromised and nobody dare raise a finger against Adani as long as there is Modi Sarkar.
So make money on his shares till the going is good.
But keep exiting and salting away your gains every once in a while.

Like who else can screw up so many times and still keep winning elections?
Let us look at the alternatives.
Like Mamata Banerjee is well ensconced in West Bengal.
She has tried to contest elections in Goa but met with a complete wash out.
Arvind Kejriwal is an alternative that is because he is the smaller version of Modi being promoted by RSS.
For India, that would be like jumping from the fire into the frying pan (I know the proverb is other way around but then this situation is other way around too).
Like Nitish Kumar is a spent force. He can't even control Bihar.
WHAT WHERE MASJIDS WERE TURNED INTO MANDIRS AND GURUDWARAS?
In the era of half-truths and hoopla, this list of mosques that have turned into Hindu temples has been compiled to give a new dimension to the Mandir-Masjid debate.
This is not an exhaustive list, these are just the most prominent and relatable examples of Muslims mosques that are being used as Hindu temples.
These structures which were originally mosques are being used as temples despite the fact that some of these are state-protected monuments by their respective states and their “switch” to a temple happened in the last 70 years or less – well after it was documented as a mosque…

This is a sinister thought wrapped in tissues of piety, goodness and generosity. Only it will not stop with this. I have read somewhere there are 2700 disputes like this pending.
The resolution of each one of these will require a similar act of generosity. Besides the first act of generosity will surely become a precedent. That is why the Supreme Court made a law in 1991 to let sleeping dogs lie.
If we are to remain a civilised nation we must not just be a nation of laws, but a nation that abides by its laws.
HOW THE UKRAINE PAID FOR THE WEST IGNORING THE RUSSIAN RED LINES
Russian President Vladimir Putin had been subjected to a series of sophomoric psychological profiles that trivialized Russian national concerns as little more than the psychotic whim of a troubled individual.
The caricatures that emerged of the Russian state and its leadership colored the analysis of Russia’s oft-stated concerns over what it viewed as its legitimate national security.
This blinded the West to the reality of what was transpiring.

A boy from Karnataka, aspiring doctor, 4th year student, gets killed in Ukraine. He was out to get food and water.
And Modi Sarkar is asking, why are students going to small countries to become doctors?
A minister is insinuating that this boy was a failure.
The Godi Media and Modi Bhakts are blaming the boy.
People, did you see the boy's photograph?
Do you feel anything for the parents of this boy? This photograph is of a person who died because Modi Sarkar, being busy with elections, did not bother to evacuate Indian students from Ukraine, where war clouds were gathering.
