The Seeker of Truth

What are we? Where have we come from? What is our origin? Some studies have shown that our DNA is similar to that of stars. Are we made of stardust?You are above and beyond your physical body and mind because you replace more than 90% of your physical body

in less than 240 days. One atom at a time. Atom by atom our physical body replaces the previous one. This discovery was made by Radioactive Isotope analysis.

So, what happened to our body of last year? Where did it go? Well, the answer is, our previous body is now scattered all

over the cosmos. It is dead now, but our consciousness is still alive and the same as the previous one. It hasn’t changed a bit. The belief that the physical body is ours or we are the physical body, is not correct. If you think you are your physical body, then the question is,

which body you are talking about? The present one or the one which was seven months ago, or the previous thousands of bodies that you have changed?

Atoms in our body go through constant changes. We get a new liver in every 6 weeks, the skin that covers our body gets changed in

4 weeks, and we get a new stomach lining every 5 weeks, a new skeleton in every 3 months, new brain cells in a year and the DNA in every 6 weeks. Our DNA contains memories of millions of years of evolution. Every single atom in our body is replaced by a new atom in less than 100

Weeks. This is revolutionary information that needs to be properly understood to realise what we are.

We are constantly changing, outliving the physical death of our body. Even at the moment when you are reading these words, somewhere inside your body, an atom is being replaced

by a new atom. Perhaps this physical body is merely a vessel for the memories and our consciousness because apart from memories and consciousness, there is nothing in this body that can be called ‘old’.

Our body is made of atoms and as a matter of fact, 99.9999% of the human

body is empty space. If we remove the empty space, the whole human species would fit inside a living room area. On the deeper level, the remaining 0.0001% that is visible to the eyes, is also ultimately empty space, because the tiny strands of energy are nothing but another

modification of empty space. Everything is made out of nothing. The essential material in the creation of the universe is that it is not material.

The matter is an illusion that constantly changes form. In our scriptures, it is called ‘Maya’. The only thing constant is our

consciousness. Have you heard about #Neuroplasticity? A quick online search gives this definition - The brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neuroplasticity allows the neurons (nerve cells) in the brain to compensate for injury

and disease and to adjust their activities in response to new situations or changes in their environment. It means, even the brain is not an established and constant entity, but it goes through changes from time to time. We are changing our brain constantly and after the passage

of some time, we will have a completely new brain structure. As a matter of scientific fact, our brain has changed in last two days and we don’t have the same brain as we had last week because the brain adjusted and formed new neural connections and erased the previous ones.

Our physical body is like a process, new every moment, ever-changing, ever-evolving, one atom at a time. But still, there is something unchanged. You.
You, who is observer of all the changes, yet remain unchanged. You are the same as you were last week or two years ago.

Your previous body is now scattered all over the universe but you are still here, same as you were.
Then, what are you?
What are you, beyond your physical body and mind?
What is the nature of your existence?
Where have you come from?
Where are you going?

Are there dimensions beyond your comprehension?

These are the questions that burn in every human’s mind and only you can answer these because it is your journey. You have to know it for yourself. Don’t let anybody tell your answers to these questions because it will become a

story that you can either believe or discard, but it won’t take you anywhere. Stories might excite you, even entertain you but stories are not the answer. Stories will fill you with a false sense of knowledge because listening to someone else’s explanation is different than your

experience. Only your experience will take you to your destination, your destiny.

There are thousands of answers to these questions, but those are views of someone else, those are not your answers. You are here to find the answers by yourself. If these questions piqued your

curiosity, then you are on the way to become a Seeker.
Realising that you don’t know the truth is the first strand of truth and knowledge. Don’t become a follower, become a seeker of truth.
