A racist woman in Texas harasses a group of Indian people just for having accents.

This behavior is absolutely repulsive.
This woman was last seen in Dallas, TX being a racist POS and losing her shit by assaulting a group of Indian women.

A school district in Missouri will reinstate corporal punishment for kids by spanking them with a paddle. In 1977, the Supreme Court ruled that corporal punishment was constitutional. 19 states still allow it and they're mostly all red states in the south.

"PrOtEcT tHe KiDs"
There is no federal law in America that addresses corporal punishment in public or private schools. The states that still allow it are AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, and WY.

I'm begging @TheDemocrats to fix this.
In 1970, an 8th grade student in Florida was spanked so hard with a paddle over 20 times that he suffered a hematoma.

In 1977, his case made it to SCOTUS, where they ruled that the 8th amendment clause prohibiting "cruel and unusual punishments" didn't apply to students.

A super PAC is funding a lawsuit in Missouri to block marijuana legalization from appearing on the ballot despite the petitioners meeting all the requirements required by the state. Great people work their ass off to help America, while the wealthy hide behind super PACs and sue.
The "Protect Our Kids" super PAC that's funding anti-democratic lawsuits was created by "Smart Approaches to Marijuana" which was founded by Patrick Kennedy, a nephew of JFK and former Democratic congressman, and Kevin Sabet, a drug policy advisor for Clinton, Bush, and Obama. 🤨 Picture of Patrick Kennedy, a former Democratic congressman Picture of Kevin Sabet, a drug policy advisor for Obama, Bus
Under the terms of the Citizens United SCOTUS ruling, fascist organizations like the "Protect Our Kids" super PAC can raise and spend unlimited amounts of dark money from the rich and powerful to subvert the people's will and keep marijuana illegal for as long as possible.

The 94th US Congress (1976) and the 109th US Congress (2005) both voted in favor of bills that made it impossible for struggling Americans to discharge their student debt through bankruptcy. They let tuitions skyrocket and auctioned off America's future for campaign donations.
Here's an excerpt from the 2005 bill which updated the bankruptcy code AFTER it was already clear that colleges across America intend on price-gouging us. Lenders paid their bribes to the politicians they needed and got this passed without any objections.

Forgiving student debt boosts the economy in significant ways. Some of America's top economists say that broad loan forgiveness could raise annual home sales by 300,000 and U.S. real GDP could be increased by $86 billion to $108 billion per year.

The DOJ is suing Idaho for their near-total abortion ban. This is the first public step from a Biden administration task force to protect abortion rights. Bout fuckin' time!
"The Justice Department today filed a lawsuit to protect the rights of patients to access emergency medical care guaranteed by federal law. The suit challenges Idaho Code § 18-622 (§ 18-622), which is set to go into effect on Aug. 25."
