Quantico-trained FBI agent “familiar with efforts used to unlawfully collect, retain and disseminate sensitive government information, including classified NDI” doesn’t spell out “each and every fact” that he and others learned during the course of the investigation

📌This is the money-paragraph so to speak. See also definitions section of affidavit. This is highest of classifications and includes materials that should not be shared with foreign nationals (NOFORN).

What notes from Donald? "Sell, sell sell?" or something innocuous?

💯Footnote 2 is VERY important. It's what we've been talking about now for weeks since the search of MAL.

🌴🌴🌴Important to remember, the affidavit reflects what the government saw in the 15 boxes that Donald Trump finally gave back to the National Archives in early 2022.

It does not reflect at al what they found during the early August 8th search of Mar-a-Lago.

In other words. This is the stuff he gave back. Think about what he held onto!

💥HCS means HUMINT Control System. Sensitive compartmented information system "designed to protect information derived from clandenstine human sources, commonly referred to as 'human intelligence.'"

This includes "activities, capabilities, techniques, processes, and procedures."

💥FISA means the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the term is used to designated and thus protect information that was "derived from the collection of information authorized under the statue by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court."

💥 ORCON means "orignator controlled." Information with the ORCON designation requires approval by the originator before it is disseminated beyond "pre-approved U.S. entities."
