Amnesty announces review of its Ukraine report.

I am concerned this is a delaying tactic by Agnes Callemard & Donatella Rovera. The facts are clear: they empowered Russia to justify bombing Ukrainian civilians, and they harmed their own movement worldwide. They need to resign.
“Amnesty has said it stands by its report, but has now announced it will conduct an internal review of its processes in light of the controversy. A spokesperson told Irish Legal News that this would not amount to a reinvestigation of the issues.”
A statement from the organization reads: “Amnesty International will be conducting an in-depth, comprehensive review of the process leading up to the publication of the 4 August press release about violations of international humanitarian law by Ukrainian forces.”
