Having alcoholic drinks makes ur body burn less fat when you are active & whatever fat is burned slower than usual. Alcohol is used as fuel in our body & it reduces the fat burning capability by up to 73%. So it is better to avoid drinking alcoholic beverages as much as possible.
2. If you don’t fuel your body properly, your metabolism will slow down and your body will cling to the remaining fuel. So the best solution is to eat properly and more often to keep your body fueled up so that you don’t get exhausted when you are active.
3. Protein helps your body get lots of energy and nutrition at once and you are less likely to eat food that is less energetic. Proteins will help you to grow muscle and give you lots of energy. You will gain muscles without bloating or gaining belly fat.
4. If you are constantly taking medicines for diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure, it is not good for your metabolism. It will drastically reduce the way your body stores energy
and it is better to consult your doctor before taking this kind of medication for too long and also get to know what kind of diet is appropriate if you are taking these medicines.
5. If you are constantly drinking water that contains fluoride & chloride it will slow down your metabolism. Both these chemicals interfere with normal thyroid function and you can feel it if your thyroid is dragging. Switch to drinking filtered water instead as much as possible.
6. Carbohydrates are not good for the body if you are trying to watch your weight. HOWEVER, boycotting carbohydrates completely will MESS up your metabolic system and make you lose fewer calories when you exercise.
7. Cooler temperature helps our metabolism to boost up as brown fat becomes more active in cooler temperatures to help keep us warm. This is because we are endothermic mammals and our body releases heat to keep us warm.
8. Having non-organic food most of the time raises the level of hormones in our body, which makes it hard for our body to keep us lean, & energized. Thus, our body cannot balance out all the hormones to keep our metabolism running smoothly.
Switching to organic food is the most viable option to avoid nasty hormones.

9. It has been proven by studies that having caffeine in the morning can boost your metabolism. However, having tons of caffeine throughout the day will go against your metabolism.
Having caffeine all the time will make you unaware of your hunger and you will fill full all the time until you have dinner when you eat more than necessary all at once.
10. Being constantly sleep-deprived can mess up the metabolism of ur body & don’t be surprised if you start to gain a few pounds. Lack of sleep can cause you to burn fewer calories than you usu do with ur normal routine, lack appetite control & experience an increase in body fat.

A Rhesus factor can be of concern if the mother is Rh-negative and the unborn baby is Rh-positive. This will lead to miscarriage if appropriate medical assistance is not sorted for on time.

Rhesus (Rh) Factor: This is an inherited protein found on the surface of Red blood cells.

If your blood has the protein, You're Rh positive (+).

If your blood lacks d protein, you're Rh Negative (-).

You will discover that beside ur blood group there is a + or - attached to it
Blood Groups are:
A, B, AB & O

Blood Group Rhesus Factors are;
A+, A-, B+, B-, AB+, AB-, O+ and O-

Rh (+) is the most common blood type. Having an Rh (-) blood type is not an illness and usually does not affect your health.

However, it can affect a mother's pregnancy.

Women, if your BIood Group has a Negative sign beside it (A-, B-, AB-, O-), this thread is for you.

It simply means your bIood group is Rh negative & getting pregnant for a Man whose bIood is Rh+ could mean PROBLEMS for future Pregnancies.

If blood cells from your baby cross your bloodstream, which can happen during pregnancy, labor, & delivery, or during an abortion or a miscarriage

(Remember, antibodies protect your against foreign body & infections)

Once you have made these antibodies we say you are "SENSITIZED"

There's absolutely nothing like "TOILET INFECTION"

It's a misname for a group of conditions referred to as VAGINITIS, which result in itching & vaginal discharge

There are 3 major causes

Bacterial Vaginosis
Candidiasis
Trichomoniasis

NONE is contracted from the toilet

Some people will rant it started right after they used a public toilet but it usually starts long before that "toilet" is used and can be attributed to the vaginal practices of the owner.

I just saw someone advocating for Antiseptic soap to be used

Now this is how it goes down:
Your vagina has good bacteria living in it already, it's called Lactobacilli. That's what makes the vagina pH acidic of which is good for the vagina.

As long as these guys (good bacteria) are in charge, you are good. 🙂
