Controversial after a 6-0 loss. We all know how good City can be!

4/5 upcoming games rated 2 on the FDR scale. Leicester (A) is the other fixture- which is still a good fixture.

Looked very promising at home, 3 of those games come at the City Ground.

Man City and Haaland face Aston Villa (A) next.

Villa have only won 1 of their opening 5 games; losing the other 4.

City are given a 74% chance of winning and Haaland is the favourite to score anytime at 58%

Again, I think Haaland will be the most popular captain pick but I think there’s more chance he’s rotated this gameweek than last.

With the upcoming fixture congestion Pep has made it clear he won’t play “every 3 days”

3 days after Aston Villa, it’s Sevilla in the UCL for City

The Norwegian was subbed in the ‘68th minute in #GW5

Is that enough rest for him to start at Villa Park?

Just an assist for Kane in #GW5 vs West Ham in which was an underwhelming performance again by Spurs- similar to Wolves (H)

This just proves Kane’s #FPL reliability. Even when Spurs aren’t at their best, he can still get the points!

Kane certainly has the “standout fixture” this gameweek. He faces Fulham (H).

Kane is second favourite behind Haaland to score anytime; given a 55% chance.

Because of Haaland’s frightening form, Kane has somewhat been overlooked. However, Kane is still a viable option…

…he’s returned in his last 4 games!

Mohamed Salah 🇪🇬

Two assists for Salah in #GW5 setting up both goals in Liverpool’s 2-1 win vs Newcastle.

Salah seems to be more of a creator for the Reds this season. The Egyptian created 6 chances for his Liverpool teammates.

Liverpool have Nunez & Jota back in the fold which will bolster their attacking options.

Liverpool face Everton (A) in the Merseyside derby on Saturday lunchtime in the early kick off.

Salah is 3rd favourite to score anytime (behind Haaland & Kane)
given a 49% chance.

Salah has 4G/1A vs Everton. 2 of them goals came against the Blues last season at Goodison in Liverpool’s 1-4 win.

Will Salah be able to replicate that when he faces them this time out?

Will you captain Salah in #GW6 or will you be avoiding the curse or the “early kick off?”

Differential captaincy options:

Neco Williams 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Now this is a differential captain! Neco Williams is a £4.1m asset in #FPL and quite frankly he’s severely underpriced.

Neco Williams is 3rd (behind Alexander-Arnold & James) for xGI (1.21) for defenders.

He’s in very good company! With that in mind, we know how well TAA and James can haul in games; I think this could be Neco’s week!

Nott’m Forest face Bournemouth (H) next. Yes, they just lost 6-0 at home to Man City but we know how good they can be.

Forest have been impressive on home turf! They’re given a 51% chance of winning in #GW6

Bournemouth have failed to score in their last 4 matches whilst shipping 16 goals.

Will you consider Neco Williams for the armband? 👀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Julian Alvarez 🇦🇷

What a #FPL debut this young man had! 2 goals ⚽️ 2 bonus points 🧨

At just £6.2m and 1.5% ownership he can be a great differential!

In just 135 mins of football at Man City this season, Alvarez has recorded an xG of 1.02!

Haaland is getting all the headlines but this boy is just as explosive.

He started as a RW on the lineup sheet for City but in possession he played narrow and joined Haaland in a two up top at times.

This proves his flexibility so could feature more often than not, who knows?

One man knows, that’s Pep Guardiola.

If you’re willing to play his game of “Pep Roulette” then Alvarez could be a real gem if he continues to play!

It’s hard not to recommend the player who’s just scored back to back hat-ricks! ⚽️👑

Villa (A) who are struggling themselves.

Personally, I think he’s proved it could be worth the gamble.

If it doesn’t pay off, let’s hope he stays off and make sure you have a good vice captain 😉

Frustrating one really. Initial plan was to get rid of Robertson for Neco Williams and upgrade Lavia which would’ve meant a formation change.

Rodrigo is now a sell after his injury- won’t be back until GW9.

New plan:

Robertson/Rodrigo ➡️ Williams/Zaha

Need to stay 5 at the back for now.
(Hopefully a change in #GW8)

Green Arrow to 11th from 18th in Division 4 this gameweek!

A lot of similar scores, I think we all backed Haaland!

Any green arrow is a good green arrow 💪🏻

I had to re-evaluate my plan because of the Rodrigo injury which is frustrating but these things happen.

With Williams starting and allowing myself to upgrade Rodrigo to Zaha could be differential for my in Division 4 rather than switching to a 5.5-6.5m midfielder.

Captaincy will also be a big call. Haaland may even be a bigger rotation risk than we thought last time out.

I’m still undecided but it could be a big variance swing in the league this week!
